Conscript reminds me of COMMANDOS 2 graphisms with MGS gameplay
"Minds beneath us" point and click cyberpunk game was really cool and unique with funny dialogue
Odinfall looks like a Nuclear Throne enhanced version, I like it
omg I need more time to play all the demos, there are so much interesting games on this list.

Demon School - Looks like they're throwing the whole book at this game with the mix of tactical combat with almost anime-like design and some life-sim elements and story to uncover. Could be a massive hit. It looks full to the brim with energetic gameplay and ideas.
Conscript - Has a solid eerie atmosphere tinged with tragedy and perhaps a high dose of the horrors of war and looks like a solid adventure game that stands out.
Indie games that take unusual turns in their design is exactly why there's always something interesting to find. Great list here but these two really bring something new to the table.
A suggestion for a upcoming: naughty Geese from statera Studio(same who made pocket bravery),they already release a trailer and make a live with some gameplay
DRYFT CITY LOOKS HYPE
Conscript looks more like Nintendo DS. Spyro: Shadow Legacy comes to mind.

Mech Builder looks similar to the mech part of Last Call BBS from Zachtronics.

Mech Builder looks exactly like one of the games from Zachtronics' Last Call BBS. It's a simple enough game, so much that it was only one of many mini games in that one game, but it's so close in look and what appears to be gameplay that it has to be a ripoff. Unless it's also Zachtronics publishing under a different name. Not impossible, but doubtful.
It was the best part of last bbs. Glad to see someone expanding on the concept and making it standalone!

can you pls add Anothereal in an upcoming video pls.. it's a new indy game made by Composer Lena Raine.. the composer of Chicory , Celeste, they did music for a few Minecraft packs, BeastieBall, did you review BeastieBall.. it's by the Chicory/Wandersong devs.. i played the demo yesterday , i love it so much. Lena's game, Anothereal is a pixel art rpg.. also check out Fretless the Wrath of Riffson it's an indy game made by a solo dev, pixel art rpg.. it's a game where you play as Rob Scallon.. he's a famous guitar player on youtube who does cool videos and travels and stuff.

I always keep thinking about Enter the Gungeon and how good that game is and what a shame it is, that it's a rogue lite. Would like it more as a slower paced gungeon crawler.
Also don't even want to think about Hyper light breaker being a rogue lite.

rogue lite is a weird choice for a game indeed. it's risky.. i notice platformers are a risky genre to make as well. like your games wont' sell without proper marketing or viral videos. or the right streamer plays your game. I'm a beginner indy dev been studying this channel for 3 years now and for the games he shows here i'm not sure which ones the viewers here like the most but i check game sales often. some of them don't do to well, the market is definitely saturated with too many clones of games

@@ClemmyGames He's right, I'm a Game Dev and the industry is saturated with the same genre of content for a quick profit, some Indie games geniuely stand out sure but gem in the rough there are duds, dime a dozen. the principal of his comment applies if not strictly to Hades or vampire survivors, but you have to screenshot his comment and post it X for clicks which feels cheap. been following you for a long time you have always seemed objective and have had good takes but this ain't it.

@@GameSenseGamer same, i study this channel for around 2 to 3 yrs now, i check game sales, i go back to check games constantly to see how they are doing. i have over 1000 games in my wishlist on steam just to go over them once a week and see how new games do over the course of a few months after their release, and i will say that making certain genres is very very risky.. you gotta be creative and original these days. My choice is i'm making an rpg and platformer but not the full games. i'm making short versions see how they work. i'm also planning on making smaller cursed games, the kind of thing you dont' always see. someone i know is making one right now and i'm helping them with sound design. it's such a silly game honestly
