Great walkthrough. Nice that RUclips is a free webinar / livestreaming option that syncs with Podia so easily, and that RUclips has simplified their setup process so you don't need the encoder info. One thing to note: you only get the Chat Comments feature if you choose "This Video Is Not For Kids"!
Great timing thanks! Is there a way to automatize the process after we've recorded the webinar by scheduling the webinar with a video already recorded? The chat could be deactivated as it won't be live video though. So we can create a landing page in podia with this system. Thanks

I have done several practice runs, and I have two issues. 1) Even though I have the "enable chat" button activated, it still says "chat is disabled during live stream for this event" during the live stream. 2) I can't find a button that allows me to share my screen during the live stream. Is there still a way to do this?

I was researching for a question I was asked : " Can we host a free webinar on RUclips via Channel of Person A where Persona A, another Person B, Person C can speak from different locations and share their screen respectively. Persona A speaks 10 minutes then person B 10 min and then Person C 10 minutes.... the live event however is hosted by Person A, Is it possible?
So does the live webinar play from the webinar page you create in podia or should people just go thru the RUclips stream link directly? How can I incorporate CTA buttons in my webinar so people sign up or buy something from me?
Thank you for your questions! The video will play on both the webinar page and the direct link (I recommend sending people to the direct link if you want live chat functionality). We don't have a built in live CTA button function for now, but you can include links on your webinar page, or share them directly in the chat.
