Where exactly is the air/fuel idle screw located on a factory Vader clone? Having a bit of trouble with my Vader starting up but then shuts off. The emissions delete hose was clipped and I got an vader parts aftermarket exhaust. Last weekend (02/04/23) I added seafoam and replaced 19:2519:27 the spark plug. Then 19:21 it ran fine. Feels like a fuel or air flow issue. Checked the air filter and it looked clean.
I had nothing but problems with the stock carb, I don't remember where anything is on it, because I ripped it out within the first week of owning the bike. Some days it ran great, others she sputtered. It truly is junk that no amount of tuning can fix, at least not for me.
Hey is this whole video a mistake?because I did everything done on this video and it’s revving straight through 5 and 6 and it’s on neutral….I think that clutch wire you have behind it that u just left hanging needs to be put on to something?
Make sure your throttle slide is positioned correctly. The cable you are referring to use to be used for the choke, it's no longer needed unless you fabricate something to make it work.

Yea I didn't mean to disappear, work has had me slammed and I'm in the process of changing jobs for more pay. I was trying to find someone to edit the videos for me since I didn't have time, but I have vacation coming up next week so I'm probably going to just edit all of my backlog so I have them ready. I still haven't ordered the 190 yet cause I don't know the job situation just yet, but I wasn't planning on doing it until the winter anyway, since I won't be riding much. Appreciate the support as always! 😁 If I get stuck on the 190 I'll definitely hit you up. Next weeks video is exhaust.

Trying to figure out what I want to do for content after this, should have the Scion back from the tuners in a couple weeks, and still need to post the vlogs from getting it ready to go to the tuner. He thinks it'll be ready for Import Alliance, so I should just be able to drive 20 minutes from the tuner and be there and film some stuff. Honestly spent most of my vacation relaxing, knowing I have so much to do over the next few weeks. 😅 Honestly probably worrying over nothing, I'm sure I'll figure out something to do, but with winter coming I am worried about content, as I'm not sure I'll have the 212 by then. Oh yea, I decided on a 212 swap not the 190 haha.
@@JohnnyMcKinney sense I no you are mica nicely capable I would go 190 because of the price it cheaper and cheaper to build a 212 you can also make a zs 190 motor in to a daytona 212 4v if wanted for cheaper then it is to buy one. I no were to buy a190cc for $800 total to your door in less you buy it off the guy from Facebook it's the cheapest price you can find email me if you can't find one for this price and I'll tell you were to buy it. Right on got mine last week makiui 26mm installed before I even ran it I cut out cat and welded pipe back did a shorty muffler and What's funny is I found 2 small section of pipe in the muffler and used them to conect pipe where cat was removed I just picked up harbor freight titanium flux 125 qnd its been perfect cat is in bulge on header and big restriction in air flow and there a paint to gut so I scored the two baffle pipes in muffler picked up a sc racing muffler and welded it in tonight also did cut wwld fender eliminator turned out great and uses all stock lights if you have fb I can send ya pics i need to upload some grom clone videos i have 5 china bikes rn all run perfact I've replace carb on every one pwk flat slides my fav rn

I don't have the VM22, I have a PZ22. I don't believe they have different jets, but I know they aren't tuned, but it's not difficult to adjust the air fuel mixture screw. There's plenty of videos out there on how to do it, which is why I didn't go too into detail on it.
Can you do a full walk through of your fueling system lines and connecting I went to get an oil change cuz I didn’t have time to do it and new to the bike world and not sure after the oil change if all the lines are correct because bike will not start now
Sorry for the late reply, I don't get notifications for my replies and have still yet to figure it out. Did it start after the oil change? Could possibly need the air fuel and idle screw adjusted. If you took it to get an oil change, they shouldn't have had to take any lines off. Turn the petcock off for the fuel and pull the fuel line. Turn on and off the petcock to see if fuel comes out. If it does then make sure it's connected to the right port on the carb.
Boom Vader + all the time and mods and money to make it perform less than a kp 150 that only costs a little more. I ALMOST made the mistake of buying a Vader as my backup to my grom while it’s down for upgrades. Save your time, money, and sanity. Get a Lifan kp150 mini.
Im getting the vader and putting in a zongshen 212cc for 800. Total cost 2200 and they will smoke any real grom and the kp mini. Getting the kpr200 later this year. Im super stoked

I have a clone and I'm leaking oil from the plug next to my drain plug. A spring came out and a cylinder fell out. What is this about? If you can help I need it.
Just got my bike and it would start on the first day, started the second day and rode it for over an hour, third day it started I got on and it shut off 2 mins later and will not turn over, The dealership thought it was the carburetor and gave us another one to reply it and still won’t turn over. It starts and cranks up then shuts off. Any suggestions?
Is your choke on? What do you mean by max lean? If you are running lean then you are not getting enough fuel which will cause bogging. You need to properly tune your mixture.

I hadn't had any issues like that, though the blue fuel line did start to turn yellow on the inside after a year. I actually had to seal my tank due to rust though. I have a video on that if I ever get freed up to edit it.
It's good for starting out as a first bike. I've been using it as a trail bike and I've enjoyed it, but there's not really a warranty so you can't exactly take it to a dealership to have something fixed, it's something you'll have to work on yourself or pay a shop to fix.
Haaaaaaaaaalp mine wont start like its not getting gas heres what i have and have done I have the mikuni p22 carb I have cleaned the carb Replaced fuel filter Changed gas Adjusted flow and air And i still get nothing itll crank over but wont go what its still has is emission stuff im afriad to rip it off 😅😅
Did you try putting the other carb back on? If it's not a real Mikuni they can cause problems. You could have flooded it. Check to make sure you're getting spark and that it's gapped correctly, check to make sure fuel is turned on as well.
@@Frankosclone is your choke on? Did you adjust air fuel mixture screw? If not, you may need to adjust your throttle's needle height. It typically affects the 1/4 to 3/4 throttle range though, so I suspect the air fuel screw wasn't adjusted properly. ruclips.net/video/7U0Cf15ZbW4/видео.html

When you pull the fuel line put a bolt in the line and zip tie the line out of the way facing upward to stop the fuel from draining out.
As long as you have the right size bolt probably will work better than the vice grips I had. I use flat ones now and they do pretty good.

That's the timing chain tensioner. Don't start or turn over the bike with it out.
Did you reuse the stock intake elbow/manifold/adapter ?
Yes, but I had to invert it to make things fit.

Choke on? Throttle slide positioned correctly. The throttle needle may also need adjustment.

why petcock and not just an inline fuel shut of valve?
Technically that's what I used. It was called an inline fuel shut off valve petcock. It doesn't have a reserve.
