I love this video!!! My wife and I are thinking about to buy this exactly van to turn it into our travel van. I am not planning for any serious mods, mainly just a bed. Please keep the channel posted with your mod progress. Thank you for making this video!!!
So glad you like my videos. Yes more videos of the van build is still coming. I hope you get your van soon. It's exciting to see the transformation. Have fun!
Thank you for the concise review of the vehicle we will be getting soon;) Unfortunately we couldn't get the EcoBoost, but we look forward to it all the same.
Awesome video and what a super cool looking van, love the color and the way you specified it. I drove 350 Econolines and Transits for a number of years, great vehicles. Wishing you many miles of safe travels .
Love the video brother, been thinking of getting one of this for my self. I like the idea of traveling and be able to camp from place to place or either a random stop on a rest area and catch some snooze when traveling long range. Thanks for sharing, simple but yet quite informative. Subbed.
Congrats on the van purchase! We've got ours on order too - obviously, with delays, they said we'll get it sometime in 2023. =p Look forward to seeing what you guys do with your van!
Congratulations on the new purchase. You'll love the van. We took it out last weekend to Sauble Beach and slept in the van for the first time. It was great experience.
Thanks for this amazing video. Loved every second of it. I'm wondering... what option did you ask to have the leather steering wheel? Also, if this is a personal van, how come you have it with commercial Ontario plates?
Great questions. The leather steering wheel was included in the package. No option need for that. All trucks or commercial type van have to have black commercial plates in Ontario but you can drive it as a personal vehicle.
This video was great. I really appreciate the details you went into when going over everything with the van. If you can could you comment fuel efficiency? Im curious to know what the range is on roadtrips. Also, do the back seats adjust in any way? Any reply is greatly appreciated. Have a great one!
The fuel efficiency is pretty good but it's still in the break in period. The gas milage should get better after 2000 km. I'll get back to you on that. We did a drive from Windsor to Woodstock, then to Hamilton and then to Burlington with less than half a tank of gas and still had 80km before empty. I filled up for $175 in Burlington. No the back seat do not adjust but it can be removed. The back seat was mainly for a second bed for our daughter when we travel. Hope this helps.
This will be a great camper van. That unfortunate floor. Could you put truck bed rubber mat there. Just curious. How's that awd. It's it worth it. I'm sure it is. Just curious
I think you can put a truck bed rubber mat if you like. The AWL is great, especially in the winter. I think the AWL is worth it also. I hope you get one if your thinking about a van.
What option did u select to have window on driver side installed. D adventure option only install window on sliding door and rear. How much additional cost was it to have d driver window installed. Does d crew bench seat recline? Is there an option to select seats at back that is not bench type?
With the Crew Cab option, both windows are included. Unfortunately the crew seats don't recline. Not sure about other types of rear seats. Hope this helps out.
Hi Iain. Cargo versions of the Ford Transit van come in four models: 150, 250, 350, and 350HD. There are two wheelbase variants: 130 inches or 148 inches ... My wheel base is 148.
I ordered mine on Dec 1 2021, and it still has yet to go into production. That’s awesome you got yours. Looks like Ford did a great job on it.
Yeah ours took about 9 months. Ford did a good job in this transit. Hope you get yours sooner.

I ordered one just like it a few months ago. Hope Ford makes it before I die.
Yeah I couldn't' believe 9 months, but worth it. I'm sure you will love when it finally comes.
Me too! I tell people I'll either have it in 6 months or 6 years! 🤣🤣
Thank you for the concise review of the vehicle we will be getting soon;) Unfortunately we couldn't get the EcoBoost, but we look forward to it all the same.

Right on. Thanks for subbing Seawolf. Yeah this is the best for exactly those reasons.
Awesome! Looking forward to the additions! The plastic antenna on your door is for GPS.
Thank you for letting me know and our viewers. Yes it will be fun building it up.
GPS and Sat Radio...

That is an amazing van. I hope to get one like it some day.
Great info. Lots of space for the DJ equipment. Just One cup holder in the back? C’mon man. 🤣
Lots of space for equipment for sure. Yeah one cup holder for 3 guys!
Congrats on your new van....Enjoy and safe drive...
Thank you! Will do!
Well done. Awesome choice for camper van.
Thanks! 👍 It was my wife's idea.
love this video. very informative. thank you
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the visit.
Congrats Like it brotha!! 👏
Thanks bro.
Ford is taking order now for 2023 transit, increased MSRP by CAD $9000 just like that. Insane! I gave up ordering.
Yeah the prices have really jumped. It really sucks. But I'm sure other companies have raised their MSRP also.
Congrats! Enjoy the van!
Thank you. I enjoy your videos and your adventures with your van. We hope to do the same with our van.
Well detailed video.
Thank you so much
Great video Sir. Looking to buy one very soon. AWD Med. Roof 250 cargo van . Best of luck
Good choice! Thanks for watching,
Thank you for sharing
You're welcome. Thanks for the visit.
Can you please measure the inside height length and width of the cargo space ?
I'll do a quick video on the cargo dimensions on the van this weekend. Stay Tuned.

I have been looking into the crew van for our small business. I think it will be a perfect fit for what we need
@@AtomicPickers Yes I definitely recommend this van. When you get it, send a picture. Thanks for the visit.
Regarding fuel efficiency. I just filled up the van again. It says it gets 673 km before total empty. Hope this helps.

did you compared this van to a Sprinter, and if yes why did did you choose a transit? Thank you kindly!
I work for Ford Motor so I got a $10,000 discount, and I think Mercedes Sprinters are over priced.
Wow bout $175 to fill her up from empty.. you gonna do compartments in the rear ? Or like an eating area etc?....
Compartments on the rear for sure. Don't know how much to fill up yet since we still have 3/4 gas left. Not sure about eating area yet.
what is the cargo height? I wanted to know if i could stand up in it. im 5'2
Yes for sure Joy. Im around 5'7" and no problem standing.
Great video! No armrest at the rear seat?
Unfortunately no arm rest Jeff.
Do you know if the crew van can be ordered without the 3 rear seats?
Not sure about that since it comes as a package. You might ask, and you may save a little money.
I literally want to order this same exact van, how does it tow? i think im going to have to order the 250
Sorry I haven't done any towing yet. But the 250 maybe better for that.
What kind of fuel consumption are you getting on this? Thank you.
I'll let you know when we travel to Florida next week.

Does the rear bench seat fold? Thank you.
Yes they can easily be removed. Check out my video on that. ruclips.net/video/Ve87WtT0OmA/видео.html
I saw that video. That was great. My question is can it be folded keeping the bench seat in place? What is the ground clearance of the van! Thank you.
How much is this crew van?
$62 K.
That's GPS receiver on top
Thanks William.
Another question-when did u order it and when did it arrive at dealership? How long is wait time from order to delivery?
We ordered it at the beginning of August 2021 and it Arrived at the dealership at the end of April 2022. so about 9 months.
@@jonahvlogsdiy4143 thank u
Price???
62K
Is this the 148 wheelbase?
Yes it is.
@@jonahvlogsdiy4143 nice! Perfect for trips with family/ friends versus the 2 seater.
