- It was high time for me to get a haircut and since I was having my old friend Nick Roth cut my hair, I brought in a couple of gorgeous toppers that needed a bit of zhuzhing to make them perfect.

When cutting any type of wig or topper they should really be cut with thinning shears to give the hair a more natural look. I worked in the wig industry for over 8 years and this way always works best

I would never let my bangs grow out after experiencing the results….you look 10 years younger/the age you are.

I just turned 41 and have fine hair by genetics and thin hair due to medication. I've watched several of your videos on cosmetic application and hair because the Instagram six-layer face isn't my thing. I appreciate you offering classic techniques with fun spins and being very real about it all. This video caught my eye today because last year, in a moment of tears and realization that my hair isn't coming back, I bought an inexpensive topper to try. For the price point, it's honestly quite nice. But I've yet to wear it. It's a bit thick, to be honest, and I'm not going for drastic change. I've worn bangs my entire life and this posting gave me the confidence to pull it out and give it a real try and because it was inexpensive, I'm going to be brave and cut it myself.

I use to sit as a small child and sometimes watch my grandma and the others get their hair done... and I find watching you fiddling with these very similar and I like it lol btw I am 54 and just love watching you. I like the idea of temp bangs great idea

Love the blonde topper! My daughter had strawberry blonde hair. She began turning in her early 40s, and her hair is now completely blonde, and just like this topper! It's very beautiful!

You look great in bangs! I've been feeling the "hang itch" for about a year, and I keep holding off because my hair is long and thick and my stylist keeps reminding me how long it's going to take to grow them out if I don't like them. These toppers may be the perfect option for me!

Love this as usual Monique, thank you. So, I mentioned my year of austerity, and dyeing my own hair. It was a bit more tricky than I realised, but I persisted, and with only 3 goes with all the pro stuff, 2 visits to the pro shop, today ‘BINGO’ !!!!! I reached the pinnacle of success, yay! I’ve managed to blend my light dirty blonde hair, with lots of natural with aging, pure white streaks around the face, and too much yellow everywhere else into what I have wanted for the past 2 years. Feeling happy and relieved right now. Now to do it again in a few more weeks. I am quite stunned at what I have achieved, and super happy. Thank you for your support Monique, it is much appreciated. To me it's like botox in a (wig) box! Bangs are so much cheaper and wigs make it possible to have them even if your own hair is too thin! Have fun with them!

I love the bangs. I've worn bangs virtually my whole life...they never get old. Although they do take some work at times. You look fab in bangs. And I love the longer version w/bangs. I'm going to go to your link and look at their products!

I feel you. Going into early menopause I'm getting those reseeding temples. I really like the topper. It blends really nicely and gives that feeling of fullness in front. BTW, love the trim for you. Always loved the chin level blunt on you.

Love the topper and wig after Nick cut them. They look great on you. My hair is more white/silver and the heat from styling tools turn my hair blonde. Plus I wash my hair 2x weekly. I wish a company would develop styling products for gray/silver/white hair. I can only find shampoo & conditioner.
