Just did this REALLY helpful guided meditation around what's TRUE.🙏🏻🧘🏼♀️
There was a silent meditation where the mind and body were dissolved into Silence /Stillness.
This was at the recent 2024 Land Celebration retreat. There was just an allowing of energy to move through me. Completely open to all that was arising. That was 2 1/2 hrs after looking at the clock. A direct experience of no time was happening.
When I came back into body, opened the eyes, and saw all phenomena/apparent objects, it was exactly how Helen is describing here in this meditation practice.
No label to anything. Seeing and noticing happening. No trying to not think bc mind was gone. No trying to not label, again, bc mind was gone. Just beingness.
I am truly grateful ❤Helen, your dedication to listen to that which wants to be an outpouring of teachings and love for apparent others to get this direct experience is a true gift of loving kindness and compassion. 🙌🏻

Not to brag, but I actually saw the SILENT, inner, shimmering, colorful, alive & intelligent essence or substance of or inside of every object inside of a public mall! In an effort to keep the vision or sighting, I decided to name what I was witnessing as awareness or consciousness. Now, I'd say it was/is Silent Energy, yet still indescribable. I walked outside of the mall & found the same substance was out there, in & AS every object I could see. I have not seen that inner Substance since then, but I am certain what I was shown is/was REAL.
There is only one indescribable Essence or substance, mysteriously appearing as Everything.
It's a mystery! 😮😅
