Banter, passion, arrogance aside, there's only one sensible answer here. United 1999. To win the title against a great Arsenal side who battled us all season to the last day, whilst winning the FA Cup and Champions League show a depth of mental strength, ability and desire no other Premier League has repeated or got close to repeating yet. To say any other side is better than that United side is simple bias/stupidity

@@vaitalv9361 He's referring to the title of the video which is "Are Liverpool the best Premier League title winners ever?" which in the eyes of most ppl are not despite the amazing records they broken this season, reason being was Man City last season was on a similar vein of form but they also won the FA Cup and Carabao and barely missed out on the Champions League final which if Liverpool faced City in the final it's a toss-up on who would be the winner. Also, another point to add is the Man Utd 1999 Treble winners which hasn't been replicated since then and Man Utd face tough opposition against Arsenal and plenty of other teams in a much more competitive Premier League season than this one and faced tough cup competition in both the Champions League and FA Cup and even the 07/08 team is better by winning the double of Champions League and Premier League and barely missing out the FA Cup in the final against Chelsea which has been the closest we have been to get another Treble we also won the Fifa Club World Cup the first English side to win it if i remember correctly (correct me if i am wrong) so I dont see how this Liverpool team should be considered the greatest Premier League side in the Premier League's history.

My original comment had nothing to do with United, just Troopz’s dismissal of Liverpool based on the Carabao Cup & FA Cup.
But since you brought it up anyway, you’re tripping if you think the PL was more competitive in the late 90s-early 00s. United back then were the only team with financial muscle who could break British transfer records regularly while everyone else had to be shrewd. The only competition they had was the odd season when Arsenal would step up, otherwise no one else had the capacity to compete until Chelsea’s takeover.
City didn’t “barely miss out on the CL final”, they were KO’d at the QF stage.
United’s FA Cup final against Chelsea was in 06/07 - in 07/08 they got knocked out by Portsmouth.
The “greatest PL team of all time” question is loaded anyway, it needs to be specific. There are plenty of different ways it could be framed where there’d be different answers depending on how it’s asked.
Troopz hasn’t even realised we couldn’t even play the league cup properly. We played a youth team Cos of the CWC. What’s funny is he mentions our performance in another competitions. Ok we lost the CL, FA cup and League cup. But we also won 2 other MAJOR trophies with the CWC and super cup. But obviously “going in on every competition hard” and winning nothing but undefeated PL with 12 draws is better than a PL, CWC and super cup.
But overall United 99 probably the best team for me

For me, if we HAVE to pick ONE it has to be Pep's City side as best ever, but only if they win the Champions League this season. Back to back titles, breaking the points record, the style of football and then crowning it with the biggest trophy in football cements them in my opinion.
