Loved my Mate X6 so far - moved from a Mate 60 Pro. Battery life has been surprisingly good (this is my first foldable so wasn't quite sure what to expect) and for me at least I think I could go nearly 2 days without having to enable any power save modes. EMUI vs HarmonyOS... I think HarmonyOS is better - its little things like the smart gestures and AI that are just baked in a little better but EMUI seems slick and able to do everything I could do before (inc Google). It is clear they are trying to keep the platforms feature wise the same but that the underlying platform is different... if that makes sense :) Cameras are genuinely awesome. I'm a crap photographer so having the system make up for me just being bad is awesome ! Still learning about the clever productivity hacks in unfolded mode but so far I have to say the whole setup has been awesome - Worth a shout out that if you are in a country where you can order direct check out the various free gift bundles AND Huawei's online point system that can give you up to 20% discount without doing anything hard to achieve it.

@@afib900 For me bro 5g is not a deal breaker, currently I am using iPhone 16 Pro max and Mate X6 and I don't feel any difference on my day to day activities even uploading videos to my social media. 5g consume more battery and data, and some locations didn't support 5g as well. There's no big deal since we have Wi-Fi connectivity that is useful also as a part of our companion. Huawei's cameras on foldables are definitely the best!

This is an interesting one... and I don't really have the answer for you. The Mate 70 released using the same Kirin chip indeed does have reported 5G(A) - Last year the Mate 60 released "without" 5G but yet still posting 5G speeds when speed tested :)

I am unable to link any apps with the Huawei Mate X6. My wallet app isn't functioning, and my email isn't working either. So far, this has been the most disappointing phone I’ve ever owned. To make matters worse, the screen now has bubbles, which I can’t comprehend. After producing so many devices, how does it result in something like this? It feels completely useless.

It has one big problem. No 5G network support. I went for honor magic v3 same exact software. However huawei has the best cameras on foldables
