@@JoePkSpearfishing I know kelp, Koreans cook with it all the time to flavor the broth along with anchovies. Seaweed from the sea must have a different taste and much salter.
Love the content, it reminds me that you don't have to other countries with clear seas to do these survival challenges. I only wish you'd show us the plants so we can identify them ourselves while foraging. Thank you!
