You just ask reception if you want to upgrade or some rooms do include/have access to Up

When you book direct with the hotel or with Jet 2 you are given the opportunity to upgrade to an “UP” room.The UP rooms are on the top floors of the hotel overlooking the pools and sea and are usually the rooms that get the most sun on the balcony’s.I have several videos on my channel from UP and a suite tour.
Hi there. Thank you for the video. Can you upgrade when you get there and can you do it for one day, two days, or do you have to upgrade for the week. Id just want a day or two in the ‘up’ and the rest down stairs. Is this possible please? Thank you
