Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1003 Holden, MO

Since I had the first Wednesday for December off I decided to go check out a few local sirens. I decided to go film the 1003 in Holden since the rotator got fixed before the statewide tornado drill in March of 2022.
So this Thunderbolt is now working properly again but the blower still sounds like it could go out anytime if you listen closely at around one minute in.
I’m aware of the main shot being off, apologies for that. I thought I had the camera set up properly but it was a little low and to the right. I needed to back up further since my camera is completely zoomed out but I would have been in the street.

Yes. Holden actually ended up fixing it themselves since BVPS wasn’t any help. Blue Valley Public Safety no longer repairs older sirens like these so they likely suggested putting up a new siren which Holden doesn’t want it replaced right now.
