Lol, no, you miss the whole idea about legs, they are not used to land, they are only used to stabilise the starship once landed so it does not topple over. 4 metal rods extending from the starship a split second after landing would be more than enough to stabilise it, or 4 poles with extending legs as they are deployed could do the trick, it's not like they need to take much weight at all unless there is a serious issue with the landing then no leg is going to save it, for example all the failed landings.
Why are we talking about landing on ships at sea. When there are passenger authorised flight they better be granted safe landing, and if they have that then landing on a pad next to the laugh tower should be very safe and easy.with a few lightweight stabilisers. We are not talking about landing legs, no need for that, we are talking about stabilisers.
Exterior legs would need to with stand the heat
