Wow...I take my hat off those who taught this massive group! It's so wonderful to see young people of other ethnic backgrounds join in to learn the Samoan culture & Dances. Well done everyone!

Good job on not stepping her back Taupou. Loved thee showcase of our beautiful culture. Anyone catch the guy doing the mili and blowing his hands like he was cold when everyone was doing the põ põ lol

To the girl that went of the ground during the Taualuga. Please respect the space or the va between the Taupou and yourself. It would be awesome if you guys could sing the pese’s

pana Faumuina leai a ma seisi e malamalama. It is important to keep our cultural traditions in tact. Falling in front of the taupou is breaking the Va that’s meant to be there between the taupo & the aiuli(s).

@@Jklmnop23-y9f Yes it is. Let me guess you grew up in the states? (No dis or anything just genuinely curious). Samoans grow up seeing other Samoans do it so it becomes a normal thing. But in true Fa'a Samoa, you NEVER dive down in front of her. It's always been considered unbecoming to Samoans to be 'in front' of the taupou/manaia. you should only behind dancing along.

Theres a fine line between creative criticism and being mean and some of these comments are just that. Its never an easy task to teach nor is it to learn. On that note, malo lava le tapena BYU! Matagofie faafiafiaga.

As a samoan person its good see other cultures experience the samoan way of dance , but the fuataimi should of went natural instead of drawing the tatau on him tbh. But overall their performance was aiite.
