So my wife and I have a red wall and would like to faux paint over it. 1st question, do I need to sand it? and what colors do you recommend if I paint over the red?thanks
I would like to see your base coat topped with another color group, say the base coat you chose with the burgundy or reddish color that was a few colors over on your color chart. I do not want a garish look, just a bit richer or warmer. Do you have any examples using 2 color groups?
Why satin paint rather than flat ? And since I assume you are using latex paint , you must work quite fast so the roller lines don't set - OR is there a property in the glaze that slows drying time ?
Can I use 2 totally different paint colors? I was thinking the Base in a tan shade and glaze in a blue shade. (boy friend likes blue) Do you have any video or pictures to show the completed project with 2 different colors?
