I get RUclips free, and that gives me all I have time for. The list of free Christmas movies is fabulous….I broke the cable habit 8 years ago. I save probably $10 a week from baking my own bread. I get $ off my gas every time I fill up with Kroger fuel points. Best is I have never hired anybody to wash or clean my car…my water hose works great and gives me and gives me opportunity to water my garden. I have Freevee also, and ads just give me a chance to break away and wipe tables, bathroom breaks, feed the cat😮 we do NetFlix at Christmas, and my grandson pays for a month then quickly cancels. A really great tip that does not exactly fit in is my line drying over vents on portable racks 1). Much needed moisture in winter at a time when air tends to be dry from heat 2) clothing just will not wear out no matter how long you keep, and clothing fades slowly, since you don’t have to clean all that lint out of filter(part of your clothing). 3) saving money on a dryer that is a high energy user. Of course in summer you dry outdoors and get that free sunshine smell.
I purchased a Costco membership this past year for the first time. I have 2 large dogs and the cost of Purina went up to 1.50 per pound. Costco sells the Kirkland brand dog food (which is of a better quality) for $1 per pound. Over the course of a year I save more than 2x the cost of the membership on the cost of dog food alone. Might be worth if for anyone else with larger dogs. Just be sure that if you are purchasing for yourself you resist temptation.
Oh, it’s annoying and they put those videos at the top now and so you have to scroll through and it’s really hard especially lately since they changed it to find anything to watch so I think they’re doing themselves a disservice because I think that we don’t use it and we are stocked up pretty well on Amazon and I just I’m starting to use my food storesmy toilet paper things that I’m stocked up with. I just think you’re just gonna get rid of Amazon prime I don’t wanna pay a monthly fee for that. I can just watch Roku and there’s so much stuff to watch for that and to be honest I should probably start reading books more.
I've done the Panera Sip Club twice before. I didn't use it as often as I should have, but since I was on a free trial it was still worth it. If I lived nearby another Panera I would definitely do it again.

Good Morning Hope and Larry! I wanted to pass along a tip to you all and regarding Cell Phone Plans, tried Mint Mobile and I couldn't beat the price. However, being in a rural area near the Smokies in East TN, service was pretty bad. Anyone in East TN and Western NC I would recommend Visible Wireless. I pay $25/mo and coverage is phenomenal, which is good living on our farm in case of emergencies.
We do not have Sam’s Club in Canada. But we have Costco. Costco requires a membership for everything except in Quebec. Our Quebec provincial laws mean that the pharmacy and the optometrist/optician are available to non-members as well as members. The prices in the Quebec Costco pharmacies for non-prescriptions (OTC) can be very good or the same as sale prices at regular pharmacies and Walmart. It might not be worth driving there if far. It’s buyer beware. As to prescriptions, all Quebecers are in an envious position; 100% of the population has prescription insurance and so, it may or may not be worthwhile going to Costco’s pharmacy….we have to do our homework. As to the Quebec Costco opticians, the prices are excellent but the after sale service and guarantee are very poor if the spectacles themselves or lenses break. it might not be cheaper than going to a regular optician that has better service and guarantees. Husband learnt this the hard way and won’t go there any more. We need to ask lots of questions.
Yeah, Prime video has become very user UNfriendly to navigate. It's a pain in the butt! You used to be able to select prime category for just free incl w prime. Not now, ugh!
We have had Dish TV for 9 years now, we only pay $80 a month for everything we have America top 250, plus local channels and Encore Movies. Because i call every 2 years and request this amount or i will go to another company. Always get this Custom Discount for 2 years, never a minutes problem ❤ This is our Retirement Ranch Entertainment ❤😂

Here in the UK we have the 'ol BBC. Yes we have to pay for our tv licence, about 50p a day, but for that we get 4 tv channels, numerous radio stations and the app BBC Sounds, all with absolutely NO adds whatsoever. We can obviously get loads of other tv, radio stations etc, full of adds (which I hate). It would be a sad day if we lost our BBC, as it is although I know there are lots of people that wouldn't agree with me. I listen to be BBC Sounds app a lot, it has tons of podcasts, radio, drama and talking books. I love it 🙂

I usually love you videos but this video felt like the Amazon appreciation show. I don't buy from Amazon as they literally treat their workers in the fulfilment centres and the drivers like slaves. I know you are trying to help people out but Amazon is also destroying businesses. Is it really worth saving a buck or two for Amazon to inflict such misery on a large section of society. Daniel seems nice, however kids will eat you alive. I'd advice to pick teachers brains on class control they dont teach in college. Best teacher I observed said she starts off as a -itch with a smile. Then once figuring out which kids she can loosen up more with.

We get some free lighting at night using solar lanterns and landscaping lights. It saves some.
