There is something really weird about Pistol skill 2. The combination of the dull sound effect and soft beam makes the skill feel like it does nothing. I mean the damage numbers do show up, but the skill has no feeling of impact or action. It's really weird, but every time I use it I feel like just nothing happened :|
Are all these new weapons part of Expansion 4? I haven't played since path of fire so I'm a little confused what I "have" to buy to get back into this game/noob pvp.
Yeah. The pass-through feature is cool but makes hitting a fully charged skill 5 difficult if the target is close to you. Iff they are far away they are likely going to dodge it easily since it is such a telegraphed ability. Unlike PvE, the PvP version does pretty much no damage unless fully charged. I use it mostly on charge level 1 as a quick push. Great for stopping enemy rez and pushing back a wb/soulbeast/spellbreaker that is up in your face.
No condi weapons? nah only a torch with a 6second cooldown spread over a longer time, and a trait which applies condies every 1 second. I appreciate the effort, but spreading false information doesn't go well with me.
@@Vallun You mentioned there weren't any ways to quickly reapply condi, before the introduction of pistols. Which hasn't been true for guardian. Don't worry usually your content makes sense & I'm literally only disagreeing with one part in your video.

unfortunately that makes the pistol 3 skill mostly useless since the 3 and 4 were designed to work together

I find shield to be more useful than off hand pistol. Adds to survival and doesn't eat away the dmg too much.

What are you on about? which condi weapons would you replace? Pistol is the hardest condi weapon theyve ever introduced
