In an interview with the producer he said that multiplayer mode would be added in the future, but he didn't specify much more than that, so we don't know if it will be a more competitive multiplayer or co op,
they probably decided to not have co op for the same reason they removed co op from HI3 (a game with a similar combat system). Players just didn't do co op in that game as it was not very optimized and players had little motivation to do it once you didn't need the rewards for co op raids. My experience with HI3 makes me not miss having co op in ZZZ.
ikr, also the coop in genshin doesn't really change anything as it's so bad, there's not really any reason to play coop in genshin, farming just takes longer and you exploration/chests progress aren't even shared with the players who join your world, I would love to explore with my friends.

I would love to see a coop for bangboo battles like that one commission. Or imagine instead of using the agents u use the bangboos to battle bosses with other players.

There’d be a couple of differences in the gameplay just to make it work without time slowing down. I’m also guessing that it would be one agent per player for a three person team. We’ll see!

My own initial impressions from playing ZZZ included noting the camera control is much more limited in combat for similar reasons to Star Rail: making everything look good means maintaining control of view angles, and I then noticed that this affects how character assists work and the angles they can enter and leave play at. I think the main concern with co-op is going to be latency, but there are a lot of things about the combat system that might need renovating to have multiple controlled characters in combat at once. One thing that seems to have immediate potential, however: all-Bangboo missions. Bangboos have much simpler combat but that also means there's a lot less to go wrong.
The game is still fresh out of the oven and already you decide to talk sh*t. Hunni give it a chance, those updates and other new pieces of content are far from our reach but will get here soon, we need to be patient, please!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😭😭😭

the bosses re so easy. I literally erase them with my anby ellen combo, not need for coop. but yeah, maybe in the future. I think the devs says the gonna add multi in some futures patches, maybe a super raid dungeons or something.
I don't really get what to do with co-op in ZZZ. From Genshin experience, the most annoying and repetitive part is doing domains in coop, and in ZZZ there is simply nothing other than domains to do, since there is no open world. Not the thing I am interested in.
Back in Mobius Final Fantasy, each player would have a dedicated role (breaker, dps, support, etc) despite all users being able to achieve every role's function in singleplayer with ease, just like we can daze and build status effects with ease in our singleplayer games. I assume the MP on ZZZ could feature something similar, with each player choosing one or two characters to fulfill one or two roles (dazing, building decibels, status effects or just dps) I just hope the focus is on succeeding rather than beating bosses ASAP, since that kind of objective could end up creating an obnoxious meta.
Imma be honest, i only did co op on genshin for the co op quests and events the game gave us from time to time, cause i rather not get carried by some whale

@@M0RAX you can quick assist to someone else, you can self parry in MP and yes, time slow will be available for every player

well since the game rely a lot on switching characters around to activate most effects, co-op is probably gonna be different than genshin.

I doubt these minigames are actually real multipayer. It looks more like they have put bots to make it look like an actual pvp
