    I like the list.. except the skipping meals.. Unless you enjoy it for health benefits.. Eating well is a pleasure in life you should have even as a minimalist.. I assume the seasonal jobs provide cafeteria meals sometimes? that is a nice perk...

      I usually feel better and have more energy if I stick to intermittent fasting. OMAD is a little more of a challenge. I kind of cycle in and out of these things though, and definitely agree eating is one of the great pleasures of life! Lol...Yes, at seasonal jobs food is sometimes provided, or part of the contract, and some places will at least give you a discount on meals and groceries.
