I scan my dmax and found injector no2 is higher number (3mm”3).. and fuel usage is a little higher than before. Injector need to service or replace.?. Btw my enjin is 4jj1. Thanks in advance 🙏🏻
Hello Arman, I love watching your videos. You are a very knowledgeable mechanic 👍 I have a problem that my Isuzu D-Max 4JK1 is making a little knocking sound. Couldnt find anything obvious except that cylinder 1 fuel compensation is higher then the others (values are -1,1mm³/st; 0.2mm³/st; 0.4mm³/st; 0.5mm³/st) Can this be the problem? And how to solve it? Flush the system with Liquy Moly? Or change injector? Kind regards, Thomas
@@armansretunedgarage thank you for your quick answer 🙏 Do you know what else can cause a dieselknock? You can only hear it under load. I also have a very short DPF regeneration cycle (between 50-170km)
You can try: adding Isuzu genuine fuel injector cleaner or Liqui moly diesel injection cleaner at the fuel tank. Check also the operation performance of the fuel suction control valve. And clean Mas airflow sensor

It shows abs and check 4wd on dash I noticed one pipe on top of turbo leaking and there is diesel ontop of the injectors on tappet cover what is your opinion?

the compensation values look good.
Good Compensation values range between +2 -2.

4JJ1 engine po sa Isuzu N-series at 4JK1 engine para sa Isuzu MUX
No specific injector replacement schedule.
If fuel system is maintained - fuel injector is at best 200000km.
