So happy Brett and Casey are finally married! Sad to see them both go again but I’m happy they have their happy ending! I loved every moment of that episode!
That ending had me in tears.
I cried, but not because of their wedding, which was awesome btw, I cried because Brett is no longer on this show. But she got the happy ending that she deserved. ❤
@michellethompson5231 the little part of Griffin (I think that's his name) anyway he's putting Julia's carseat in the back, and both Violet and Stella hugging her from the window. I was like omg. Also, Ritter's little dance, I could keep going. It really was a good wedding.
I am wondering if they will move Mouch over to ambo, which might bring Kylie to truck. They will probably keep Gibson. (Possible new romance brewing). Severide will still be there, but probably be more involved in arson, Cruz take over squad. They keep making changes. Who knows what's going to happen. Also, I feel like Carver and Gibson will be the new Casey/Severide, not that they could replace them, but the show is really switching stuff up.

that’s what i thought too with mouch going over to ambo but before casey left he said it’s not too late to retire with brass on his collar and im pretty sure that means a leadership position like lieutenant so i think they might do that and make him get transferred and thats how he’ll exit the show. idk just a theory.
@julianeff9443 I agree with that as well. Maybe ambo for a bit, I mean, he has been on the go and junping in lately. I wonder if he's going to overdo it, injure himself or someone else, so he might be forced to slow down for a bit.

Well. They are still catching up on filming for ep 8 & beyond.. so yea. They need the breaks both to catch up on filming & also to stretch out the season til May.
I'm so happy that Casey and Brett finally got married. It's sad that we'll mostly likely never see them again, but at least they got their happy ending.
I loved tonight's episode as it was great to see Casey and Brett finally tie the knot. I think they'll be back in Chicago on a special basis. Stellaride's relationship feels bumpy, but it wouldn't surprise me if Stella gets pregnant soon. I'm starting to really get into Violet and Carver as Carver is going to be there for Violet. NOW! What I'm really excited about is that Emma Jacobs might be coming back as I know that new Paramedic Chief wants Violet's blood, and there's nobody out there who can annoy Violet more.

@OptimusPrime2471 Yes. The showrunner, Andrea Newman, mentioned in an interview that Stella & Kelly will be teaming up together to face an arson case. I think what she meant by it is this episode.

I'm surprised they didn't have all members of 51 there! Like why didn't Cruz's wife come, boden's wife, where was capp? Didn't see him there either! Would have been nice if they did a crossover with pd & med, have all of intelligence be there, some people from med come, like goodwyn, Maggie, maybe choi & his wife, maybe will & nat show up. Since it was Brett's last episode, she has worked with been close with alot of people on all 3 shows. Would have been nice for all casts from all the chicago shows to be in it.
They've stopped doing proper crossovers now. You might see a PD character in fire here and there but what happened to the proper 3-ep crossovers? Capp was there but yeah weher was Chloe and Boden's wife? Also what about Matt's sister and niece? But in saying all that, I still cried like a baby - so happy they're finally married; just wish they hadn't left as they're my 2 fave characters from One Chicago!

the best episode of the season
I agree with pretty much everyone's comments about how good this
episode 6 of season 12 is it was the best episode of the season so far other than the 1st episode was good also and congrats to Bret & Casey again. But IV just recently read a little bit more information from writer Andrea Newman in an article on Google about the rest of the future episodes to come in season 12
And she gave a little bit of information about the upcoming 11th episode+ possibly a small spoiler if it actually happens . But Andrea Newman said that possibly in the upcoming episode 11 of Chicago fire's ( season 12) that
SOMETHING MIGHT HAPPEN TO KELLY!
BECAUSE ON THAT EPISODE Newman says that FOR SOME
UNEXPLAINED REASON
THAT KELLY+ ONE OF THE RIGS GOES
MIA ( MISSING) JUST OUT OF THE BLUE ON A DARK NIGHT 🤢 I'm guessing that something happens maybe where someone possibly a bad guy stills one of 51's fire rigs to escape or something & Severide also just happens to be in the rig when it turns up missing while on a call or possibly some sort of A hostage situation who knows or it could possibly be someone from Kelly's past who targets Kelly for some reason just ends up kidnapping Kelly while everyone else is busy on an emergency call or something it's hard to say until we actually see what happens 😢
All I know is what I read in a short article on Google with Writer Andrea Newman about the rest of the upcoming episodes on season 12 that in the seasons 11th episode For some reason unknown yet is that KELLY+ A RIG IM GUESSING ONE OF THERE RIGS TURNS UP MIA ( MISSING) DURING THE DEAD OF NIGHT

GOING TO DEFINITELY INVOLVE SEVERIDE
WHICH NEWMAN DID SAY THAT KELLY WAS GOING TO BE FRONT+ CENTER AND A MAIN PART OF THE REST OF THE BIG STORYLINES IN THE REST OF THE SEASON.
OHH IM A BIT NERVOUS BUT I DEFINITELY CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS THE REST OF THE SEASON
( ESPECIALLY EPISODE 11).
The thing is that Andrea didn't specify WHICH rig. Firehouse 51 has 4 rigs if you include Ambo 61 which is considered a rig. (Casey even says this in 9x02 when T81 drove past the totaled Ambo and he says "That's Brett's rig!") So there isn't any info on which rig goes missing alongside Kelly & for what & why. Only thing Andrea says is that it's a shocker. On top of that, she also says that Violet is gonna deal with a medic that ends up threatening everyone including the CFD itself. Between both, I think the one involving Violet is the more viable cliffhanger story arc as that one involves everyone's careers being threatened. Kelly's story arc of him being missing could either be a one-off episode thing or it could also be a simultaneous finale arc along with that of Violet's. I think we'll know more when more info about both storylines is released. One thing for sure is that most likely Kelly's arc might possibly be arson related. It's possible it's like the S10 finale arc where he stumbled upon something during a call that ends up becoming a bigger problem. In this case, him being missing is not just gonna affect Stella but everyone else too as one of the rigs gets missing alongside Kelly.

Yes I know and I agree with you whatever the storyline is with Violet I agree that it will probably be something that could mainly threaten everyone's careers + possibly putting them on the line + that will definitely not be good but it could definitely be A good storyline.
But honestly when it comes to Kelly turning up missing along with a rig outta nowhere and especially in The Dark of night really doesn't sound good at all + very scary to me and it will no doubt be A shocker that could really turn out very scary for Kelly + end up putting his Life in serious danger depending on who all might be involved in Kelly's disappearance because I also Read in the article that Kelly wants to stay home+ in Chicago+ not have to leave again anytime soon . So whatever happens this time to Kelly that causes
him to disappear + go missing again isn't going to be him just going on a whim and leaving on his own terms which I'm sure you and I both know what that means it means that whatever happens to Kelly that causes him to disappear in the middle of the night isn't going to be Kelly just leaving on his own which means that Kelly will most likely be taken/ kidnapped from someone else which I agree I'm guessing that whomever takes Kelly will most likely have something to do with the upcoming arson investigation case that Kelly & Stella will join forces working on and
. I'm thinking something happens
where a couple bad guys catch up with or get a hold of Kelly possibly because of Kelly finding out certain things about the arson case that the bad guys don't want him knowing or finding out about 😔 whatever happens to Kelly I'm thinking that this could also turn into a major cliffhanger for the season 12 final.
Honestly I'm thinking that both violet+ Kelly's
Storylines somehow might end up coming together and could both end up being A huge part of the season 12 CLIFFHANGER .
But I think that Kelly's arc and disappearance might possibly be at least A 2 episode arc because it would make the whole storyline more exciting , nerve wracking+ even better than just a one episode arc . But you are absolutely right Stella won't be the only one affected by Kelly's + the Rigs disappearance it will definitely affect everyone but Stella mostly because of how worried she will be for Kelly's safety & his life being in danger 🥹

@@elyssaW659 Idk if you read the interview made by the showrunner on Parade magazine but she basically spoiled some upcoming story arcs. One of them is about Violet & she says there that Violet's gonna go through a revolving door of partners, one of which is supposedly a girl with a wild side who ends up being quite competent in the field. But the biggest story arc for her involves the paramedic chief placing a medic who ends up threatening everyone including the CFD.
Tonight's episode was so awesome s it was very nostalgic to see Severide and Casey talking together on there. I'm interested in a lot of things on there going forward like Kylie being at 51 permanently with Gibson, Violet & Carver's relationship, maybe Stella getting pregnant, and maybe Emma coming back to be Violet's new partner. LOL! Now that will be wild if that new Paramedic Chief chooses Emma. LOL!

I'm going crazy having to wait for 2 weeks again for another episode most other shows are only taking 1 week off and for some reason the Chicago shows always take 2 weeks off around this same time every year as far as I'm concerned it's getting old all the breaks that the Chicago shows always take year after year. And it would of been nice to at least get maybe 15- 16 episodes this season instead of the extremely short 13 episodes were getting. Most of the episodes so far this season 12 have been boring+ not enough Action. I Liked all the action that the earlier seasons had .

This season has been cheesy so far, now they got paramedics fighting crime, they're investigating crimes and chasing down dangerous criminals. Then you got the new guy in 51 getting in Sam's face telling him to get out of his business, because he's got massive baggage and Sam violated his privacy, than a couple hours later he's telling him his deepest darkest trauma, I'm questioning if I even want to watch anymore of this season
I'm so happy Boring Brett and Casey are gone , there was so much butt kissing on CF last night it was nauseating , I had to hit the Cognac extra hard , Boden and Violet were kissing Brett's and Caseys butt so much , I thought their lips were glued to their butts and Boden would go with them to get his lips unglued , saying nice things about someone leaving is one thing but to go on and on is too much , hope they have a happy life and stay gone , the sister
