Is this a muscle truck or a sport truck, you decide!

its from the 80's, and its a pick up truck, so muscle truck.

My tip for styling okder vehicles is to look at references of vehicles with a similar feel/shape/style to the body in automation, and then mix in your own flair of design that tries to stay period correct, but never stay perfectly in era because ot will usually end up looking simple and uninspired.

I love your videos ❤❤ The year of the truck reminds me of the GMC Syclone or The Typhoon. They are still really fast compared to the truck today.

I honestly just like Automation videos. But I'd deffinitely watch some IRL car stuff. Like reviews, pov drives, or project stuff.

I found your channel from a SimplePlanes video. And then I saw your Automation videos. I enjoyed the slightly chaotic nature of those videos and that you are willing to just build what you think is cool. Since I subscribed, I have been happy to watch what ever you're playing whether or not it is a game I would play.
And the second channel has bee a quite enjoyable way to spend a bit of time, too.
    Thanks!
Also, this truck's paint job definitely works better in Beam than Automation. Don't see that too often, well done!

i love your videos dude, they're always so creative and entertaining. i love your showcases and hope you find time to host another one soon so i can participate!
also, for branching out into different video genres, you could try sim racing or playing different games like forza horizon or snowrunner. asseto corsa could also be a thing, or maybe doing collabs with fillman, twinturbros, or maybe even carmighty for beamng videos

For me as a German it was kinda funny to hear you talking about a ford ranger as a small truck as these things are among the largest cars you’ll ever see over here. Every few months you’ll see some small guy driving around in a lifted RAM 1500 but that’s the biggest you’ll ever see

11:30 So for next week… just do a pre runner version! I would love to see it! Also maybe for the week after that do a base version and a dually version in the same week, and then compare all of them, it would be cool AF!

Always been a fan of muscle trucks, i own one, and it was the first thing i made when i bought automation. Theres just something so badass about a pickup truck in a muscle car formula. 2 door, big motor, rwd.

I watched your videos because it is calming and I also find your knowledge on these things rather interesting. I guess you could say I watch it more for you than for the games. I know I’m in the minority on that but I say feel free to do what you want. But I don’t have a channel with success where I can test that out myself so I understand the pressure, and it is hard to release like two videos where one is your typical content and the other is more experimental. Who knows maybe RUclips algorithm will be in your favor when you experiment! More luck to you and it is better to do something you enjoy than to not. Keep it up however you take your chances just don’t give up :)

To answer your question about what I’m here for. In all honesty partially automation, alltho I will say you are the one person whoms automation video’s I watch. Besides that I enjoy your calm collective vieuw on thing’s, or atleast the one you portray on video haha. Personally I would probably quite enjoy a different game, or just different take on a video by you. Obviously that depends if you decide you wanna start unboxing roblox figurine’s, more power to you but that’s not me tho haha. But in all seriousness say you were to upload something entirely out of the ordinary,if it peaks my interest I’d probably quite enjoy it! I feel like that goes for alot of people I’m no genius so I could easily be wrong on that, but that being said don’t hold yourself back. You’re having a daughter my man that’s amazing! So I guess what I’m saying is don’t be scared to take risks while you can, you’ll blame yourself later if you don’t. Any experience is a valuable one, and I think it’s fair to say we’re all rooting for you!

So about the danger of changing, you could try to do 1 video a month to do something else.
I watch this channel because I like the automation builds you do, the beamng part, and the way the video is made.
I dont think I would follow for another game, but if you do something different for 1 in 3 videos i wouldnt mind

Due to the nature of your audience, I suspect you would get plenty of feedback if you asked people to fill out a questionaire..
Perhaps include questions about what they do while playing your videos, what they would be interested in seeing, what type of content they also use. I think you vould get a lot of useful info that way.
I enjoy your videos because you talk about what you're thinking, not just what you're doing, and share your internal monologue to a large degree. You're detail oriented and analytical, and a chill dude to watch/listen to. I guess playing on those strengths is your best call?
    A vouple of ideas:
Let's Plays of other games, BUT with clear continuity and as a series - I think thats important. I see you have some vids of other games, but they are less successful.
"Build along with me" challenge, to build a car at the same time as you, attempt a lap / challenge with it, and post results in the video's comments? I dont know how many of the people who watch the automation vids own and play automation too.

    • @coRnflEks
      @coRnflEks Год назад

@@automotiveflux Np! I'll be exiting to see what road you go down regardless.
Another thought that came to me - do you have any contact with the automation devs? If you end up still making a lot of Automation vids, perhaps you guys can coordinate some content, you could get you more indirectly involved in their development, or something like that?
Some of your videos get a lot of views. I think it would quickly pay off for both them and you.
I think Automation can potentially be "rebranded" or "relaunched" in a way and achieve a lot more success, if the right angle is found. More community oriented? With their BeamNG partnership, is it possible to make a sort of NFS Underground MMO hub? Instead of posting pictures of our car design, why not meet up in a virtual location with our cars, hang out and chat, and do competitions with everyone present?
