Cool Video! Just a quick note - Having solid axles in the front is... not ideal for family cars (or anything that isn't like a truck/off-road vehicle). Anyways, it's still a pretty cool car, at lest looks-wise. Totally looking forward to the Part two!
Your labor costs seem really low. In the 1946 era, labor costs made up 75% of the cost (not price) of a passenger automobile. But it is really neat--thanks for sharing.
@@BossXygman Kei car is the smallest category of Japanese, expressway-legal motor vehicles. The term 'Kei' is a shortening of kei-jidōsha, (kanji: 軽自動車), which translates to English as "light automobile" (pronounced [keːdʑidoːɕa]). With restricted dimensions and engine specifications, owners enjoy lower tax and insurance rates which lead to a lower overall ownership cost. In most rural areas they are also exempt from the general Japanese shako shōmeisho (車庫証明書) parking-space ownership requirement to legally buy a motor vehicle at all,[citation needed] as street parking is generally restricted in Japan. Japan's carmakers also make microvans and kei trucks within this legal category. The kei category was created by the Japanese government in 1949, to stimulate both car ownership and growth of Japan's car industry. The regulations were revised multiple times until 1998, but since October 1998, the law consistently specifies a maximum vehicle length, width and height under 3.4 m (11.2 ft), 1.48 m (4.9 ft) and 2.0 m (6.6 ft), respectively, and engine displacement under 660 cc (40.3 cu in). A 'gentleman's agreement' for a maximum power of 64 PS (63 hp; 47 kW) was reached between Japanese automakers and lawmakers
you would think for 40$ game when picking a body the Interior would be already in the body because ingame setting in building the body like frames and things but what do i know
the point of the game is to custom build your car and engine from scratch, while a preset interior would be nice since its not very easy to make the interiors, it kinda goes against the point of building everything from scratch

A 2.2 liter city car?
Occupation Japan had quite a few US Jeeps with 2.2 liter Willys engines nearly identical in
power and torque...Someone at Ueno was no dummy!
@@vitameat but are those considered city cars?
Most Japanese city cars had engines with less than one liter displacement

It's because it's a small team of devs it would increase development time significantly.
