I cant wait to make some truly cursed turbo setups, like sticking massive compound turbos on a 600cc inline-3. Turbo lag? What's that? edit: confused compound with staged turbos, I feel like an idiot
Assuming the game functions the way actual compound turbos function, you'll have drastically reduced turbo lag. All the power of the larger turbo by itself, no more lag than the smaller turbo by itself, cooler inlet temps than the larger turbo by itself, and the surge point is one turbo's surge point multiplied by the other, i.e. two turbos that surge at a 3:1 pressure ratio become a combination that doesn't surge until a total of 9:1, making surge all but impossible at any boost level that wouldn't leave a pile of rubble where your engine used to be.
if you want working steering in you car trize, type in ~prop:(fixture number eg 12),steering,0,1,0,0,0,0,(min must be below 0 eg -900),(max must be above 0 eg 900),0,1~ so it would be ~prop:12,steering,0,1,0,0,0,0,-900,900,0,1~
How do you get the beta? I went to steam, went to the game properties under betas, but no new options were available. Is it just an early access thing for creators so far? I know that GrogTV has also played this and that made me think that the version was given early to creators.
same for me, also without the supercharger new stuff, i only used turbos and it overheats and the engine melts and i’ve made engines before the al rima beta same specs turbos everything and it doesn’t melt
@ the only way people got the alpha before it’s release (including press/reviewer releases) is through closed-alpha testing, which required an NDA to be signed.
@@john_doe668pretty sure content creators are allowed to make videos on it past a certain date (now, considering the beta just went open). Closed betas don’t neccessarily include NDAs
@@Barmyrobot The closed alpha was opening tester applications as of 10/6/2024. When I went through the form, it requested if we were okay with signing an NDA about the alpha, and to not share ANY details about any of it, prior to the time of launch.
@@john_doe668Nah plenty of you tubers made videos, CC get an exception. It’s also an Open Beta on Steam at the time of the release of this video anyways.

when does early access work?
asking to replicate the hoonigan v1
Cant wait to see a 75l v16 twincharged 2turbo airplane engine on a very small car.
Have it take up all the space of the cargo bed on the Ibishu Pigeon
not even airplanes had such massive engines
@@GewelReal supposedly the *Napier E124 Two-Stroke H-24 Diesel* had 75L of displacement
U cant

Turbos bigger than engine 😂😂

@@jimbojimson Did I say compound? sorry, I meant staged turbos. now that would cause far more lag than a large single by itself.
I ended up in your 1% of listeners / viewers. I just love watching how creative and technical you get.
4:53 Aircraft carrier engines confirmed!
Tbh thats only slighlty more then half a kharkiv V-2 V12 diesel in displacement
Its also a liter smaller then a maybach HL 230 TRM
Sorry im tank nerd
7:50 components stress up to -10% is normal now, you don't have to minmax it to 0% lol
That engine size means we can finally put a spitfire engine in a car!
ah yes, Axis motor company and its rival - the Allies motor company

the name Axis might not be the most advertiser friendly
Not Axis! not just 25 years after WW2... o.O

Please build a i6 F1 '50 engine with a supercharger
6894cc is 6.9L actually
Me and my friends tried to use the update but all of us ran into the issue of the engines just melting everytime we got onto the gas
