I can see the point if it's for business and maybe someone is taking a loan to build which he can later reclaim as business expense. nice house. i like it. my only issue is the location of the door it should be between the 2 windows under the cover provided by the pillars and the house is too close to the fence. myself as far as rural home i have decided on a small 2 bedroom single story home. i wont be there much and stairs will be a struggle as i age so a small cozy place will be it for me
