it's a bug you're supposed to have the buffs at low health. they got a kill and got all their hp back but still had the buffs when they should not. That's a bug
Minos is definitely the second balanced character here. He is a step up compared to GT frisk. GT frisk almost feel like a character that can be added to the roster

Max buffs is not a glitch.. but! It’s acceptable only for people who play risky as in you earn it after a few kills or just a setting in the game menu trust it’s more of a design flaw then a glitch
I accept that they are good but it doesn't seem like skill to me, more than that, the quality of the internet and the advantage of being an American fighting on servers in your country.
i have gtf is fairly simple to fight, carrot god is also simple because you can block the carrot attacks and not gain risk atomic is very hard because of their passive regeneration and inability to read what they will do next
