Insane damage is 6x multiplier with fruit treasures, not 7x (which is for insanely tough). The effective damage would actually be as follows:
Level 30 scaling:
Unstrengthened: 413k dph, 37k dps
Strengthened: 620k dph, 56k dps
Level 60:
Unstrengthened: 778k dph, 70k dps
Strengthened: 1.16m dph, 106k dps
This doesn't account for stat talents (just multiply by 1.2) and doesn't change the fact that Windy is still an absolute floating exterminator, but there is still a difference in numbers.

2 more things to note. She can’t be stopped by Relics if she has Curse immunity talents.
She also outranges Mega Mooth
So with her the mega mooth becomes mega dead.
At this point, I think that ponos just uses a random number generator to decide what buffs to give to a cat for ultra form.
The ultra form buffs might be some of the most sensible balance decisions in the game

Ironically Myrcia is one of my most used GG units simply because of her surge immunity and I hate dealing with traitless units...
You know, it always peeved me how Windy’s attack animation never lined up with her actual range. This fix has put my soul at rest.
Windy: I am willing to do anything to get the best ultra form.

The developers must have been extremely high when giving windy her ultra form. Especially when they decided to give her more clothing.
Every unit gets nerfed in some way 😔

man i love when he uses level 30 scaling despite the minimum level for an ultra form being level 60, completely underselling the unit's stats. great job!
I mean, level 30 is the standard, it gives an easier comparision between forms, to see the stat changes and all that
@@locusmomus yeah but a lvl 30 ultra form is literally impossible and makes its stats out to be worse than they actually are
@MildlyMilky literally also gives the level 30 stats, and all cats are standardized to level 30 for comparisons, doesn't really underbelly anyone (ie 300 more dps is pretty large at lvl 30 but not at lvl 60, just because number is smaller does not mean number magically becomes worse)

@MildlyMilky Units being comparable only at the level which they are obtained is a horrible metric, which is why we use the level 30 standard for stats. It still shows the same percentage differences despite the difference in numbers being smaller. Comparing at lvl 60 is like saying eraser cat is 4 times as good as wall cat, since eraser has 10.2k hp at level 30 and wall only has 2.8k hp at level 10

The best thing about this is that tange increase now makes her attack animation actually line up with her attack.

I'm pretty sure insane damage does 6 times damage, not 7. Insane defense is hp times 7, damage is times 6. The stats you presented are still correct though, so I'm pretty sure that was just a typo.
I can only imagine what will Ultra Thundia look like

Ironically Windy is the only GG I don't have (I got the LR from a random Rare Ticket), so even if I wanted to burn the Cateyes on her, I can't.
Also, anyone think her 4th form would work for a top-down bullet hell shmup? She even has a hitbox shape and orbitars in her design.

Ultra Talents making her TBA half of what it was, turning her into one of the best generalist backliner in the game, arguably only losing to Anubis. She also gets Relic targets which makes her another Luza, and surge immune. She also has the same quality as before such as great nuking potential and amazing survivability (huge HP, 5 KBs).
Accurately speaking, a strengthened Windy with max attack up talent deals 1.4M damage

Why do you mention level 30 scaling when talking about ultra forms/ultra talents? They unlock at level 60 so level 30 doesn’t really apply
True, but level 30 is a standard I used for so long when comparing ubers so I just offer it anyway.
That's why I'm so annoyed, battlecat RUclipsrs try so hard with being as beginner friendly as possible even when it doesn't make sense. You're talking about an unit with ultra form, it literally can't be at level 30, making all those numbers you presented essentially useless and imaginary, but instead of presenting lvl60 stats (which btw is the only base stat the unit will have), we get explanation throughout the video it's "lvl 30 scaling" so the stats are all bogus, get me out of here.
It’s easier to compare different units at level 30 scaling. Most of the time BC content creators like to use level 30 scaling when reviewing units. It would be difficult to tell how strong a certain unit is at level 60 compared to another unit at level 30.

When you hit level 60 with Ubers (25 UR Catseyes for level 50, another 15 Dark Catseyes to level 60) certain units right now have access to Ultra Forms which are 4th forms that are very much designed for endgame and their evolution costs reflect that. They cost Behemoth gems/stones and cost 2M XP to evolve, but they basically are ridiculously better, relatively speaking
