Quick question- Trying to put this together. The 4 little black screws on the top of the deck just sit in the holes. I noticed you said to lower the cutter. I guess I will try that. Just not seeing the purpose of those 4 screws if you cannot tighten them because the “stem” of the screw is too narrow to screw in, as in diameter is too small.
