Mel Fisher first became famous helping Kip Wagner salvage the 1715 fleet treasure off the east coast of Florida, what is now named the treasure coast. This is just amazing. The Florida keys are littered with treasure. I saw a documentary where divers were picking up Spanish gold coins in like six feet deep water. Absolutely unreal.
Sure is. That was in Vero beach area from the 1715 fleet. I have a video posted as I’ve been there treasure hunting and found some really cool stuff.
