I know this isn't the focus of your content anymore. But every couple of months I'm like dang, where is this woman making these meals ?! And I come watch the old videos ❤lol
I missed your what I eat in a week so much!! You are simply the best and I adore your vibes❤ And as a woman in STEM I love the enzyme bit at the beginning :-)
Hiiii I started following you during 2020 and I tried veganism for about a year. I'm having some trouble getting back to cooking or enjoying eating in general, I remembered how your videos made me want to eat and try new things. I'm really happy for your new house and reaching 1M thank you for all the love and recepies (I still love the carrot, banana and date smoothie) much love for your and you family!! ❤❤❤❤❤
Hi! glad u found them usual. sorry to hear youre feeling not so motivated rn. i go theu the same with food sometimes. i havent bought a house unfortunately, just helping my family update theirs, but hopefully itll be my turn some day. thanks for the love 💕
These are all such delicious and unique dishes that I can't wait to try!! Also, you're so close to one million subscribers!! Yay!! Love watching this channel grow!
What a wonderful surprise! I liked the video format as always. It seemed a little different ❤ Alas! I’m too lazy to make any nut milk/cream outside of cashew milk. I ain’t straining nothing. And thanx for the reminder about strawberry vinegar. It’s wonderful! And also the only reason I eat salads sometimes. I’m off to find some. See ya next upload!
I made the soup in your last video a couple times (so easy and delicious) and I’m excited to try this one :) Also, I would love to know your thoughts on the pumpkin seed tofu! I have been wanting to make some for a while (I know you have good taste so I trust your judgement 😂)
oh yay, so glad u like it! ive bought pumfu before so it tastes a little nutty but kinda nuetral. i like that it keeps me fuller longer than soy tofu so ill definitely try soon and record the process.
Wonderful to get a new cooking/ prepping video so soon! My foodie/ vegan curious self am always amazed at how you cook, prep and repurpose food. What is the Tandan powder? Also what stores carry the mung bean tofu ?
glad u enjoyed it! this is the specific pandan leaf powder i used amzn.to/4c8OFa4 your best chance at finding it in store would be at a local asian market if u have one. The fava bean tofu ive seen at Sprouts. the brand is big mountain foods
Okay i have to have the mushroom funnel , didnt see the link, where did you pick it up? Also love the idea of prepping cashew cream, so versatile, how long does it tend to last you? Do you ever freeze it if you dont get to it? Loved the video, i love chia seed pudding but honestly need to add more rich foods to my day and dont love how low calorie plant milk tends to be so the use of cashew cream is way more versatile than coconut milk but coconut milk is pretty good too!!
Yummy seed milks😋😋 snd just yummy errrythang😂😂. Appreciate you for so many reasons so thank you again my inspirational, sweet spirited fellow Gemini sis🥰. Lord I remember those adult braces days too where I sometimes ate pancakes for dinner and slept with Butler orthodontic wax like a boyfriend 😂. Thanks A❤
its an attachment for my hand blender, so it comes with a few other tools bit.ly/3IywTzJ a good alternative without all the accessories would probably be the ninja one bit.ly/43eXuLw
@@abetweene😂😂😂😂😂😂 my thing is, being vegan doesn’t have to be unhealthy at all, I healed so many things by making the switch. Thanks for sharing new recipes for us transitioning

I love your videos, even though I'm not vegan. I need Weck jars in my life!
Right??? Loving those jars!
I am definitely gonna have to give thesr a whirl did you find that it helps with your food budget?

id recommend using any nut milks within a week. they generally last me 3 to 4 days since i use them so often! 😅
but u can totally freeze them!

Shut the front door !!!!??? A second video of what I eat in a week in a couple weeks ? What did we do to deserve this honour ?? 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃💓🍋🌟🌙🪴🌿😘😍
😂😘
Sis you awesome 💓😘
youre too kind 🤗
I miss these videos. I think i prefer them over the mani/pedis or the sugar wax videos. But thats just me. Whatever is easier to film ❤.
What is that amazing food processor that looks so easy to clean! The one you used for the romesco sauce
its an attachment for my hand blender, so it comes with a few other tools bit.ly/3IywTzJ

May I please know the size of the bottles you used to store the ginger shots?
The link for the glass jars is leading to a page that’s no longer active
theyre the 789 mini cylindrical, a little under 5 oz.
Apparently if you boil pumpkin seed milk you get curds that can be pressed and turned into tofu
thats the plan, i just dont plan to let the pulp go to waste either.
I’m here from the our place video. Are those pans a goner now?
i use them all. when i want nonstick i use our place, but gravitate towards stainless steel and cast iron most of the time.
you CHEW raw ginger? now you're a different breed
Lol yes 😏
Being a Vegan is so unhealthy lol with all the knowledge we have today, it still blows my mind that people are still vegan.
then dont be vegan. hope that helps!
@@abetweene Indeed it does help.
