The project is good but man you need to work on your soldering. Replace the tip on your iron and don't use so much solder on the boards cuz all I can see was nothing but globs.
Pin no 12 ko open karna parega. Uske baad 555 IC ke 3 no pin ke sath 74HC595 IC ke 11no pin connect karne ke baad circuit na kaam kiya.
74hc 595 ic ka 12 number pin ko 11 number pin ke sath disconnect korna poregi .uske bad 11 number pin ko 4148 zenar diode through 12 ke sath connect kor dijiye .circuit puri taraf smoothly run korega.

हेलो सर क्या आप ऐसा कोई सर्किट बना कर दें। जिसमे 12 लाईट लगाना है जिसमें सप्लाई देने पर 12 की लाईट एक साथ जलें उसके बाद कृमशः एक कर लाईट 2या3सैकंड के अंतराल बंद हो जाये उसके बाद दुवारा स्वीच आन करने पर ही जलें अगर कोई ऐसा सर्किट हो तो कृपया कर बता सकते हो तो बताने की कृपा करें।

Please provide a circuit that can work for ac source as well
Without trailing effect this design is not a raindrop display. The circuit only sweeps 8 steps with 2 LEDs per step. Using CD4017 you can make it run with 10 steps 20 LEDs

Bro, my leds (Transparent Red, Green and Blue each on each output) are not glowing properly and I have made the circuit according to your diagram but only I have used three outputs of the Ic and connected base of the transistor at output number 3 (QC) and used 220 ohms resistor for LEDs as I am not getting 100 ohms resistor. Please tell me what is wrong ?
