I've been watching your videos....after having been scammed TWICE by two prominent 'credit gurus/specialists' here in Atlanta (won't blast them just yet), I was desperate to learn this stuff mysel and take my life and my credit in my own hands. You are so thorough and real, and I appreciate that. I have been planning to implement these teachings for a couple weeks now (had to wait for my coins to drop) but today I jumped off the porch and got my $5k approved pledge loan today!!! Whoop-Whoop. Going for $10k next. Can't wait to implement some of the other nuggets you've been dropping. Thank you!!!! For being you and for helping us.
Hi brother thank you for the video it helps to understand the process of the loan. I have a question when you pay the 98% of the loan do you have access right away to that 98% of the money or they hold it until you pay 100% of the loan?
My question is you do a pledge loan for $1000 in your savings they send you a $1000 back to your checking and now you take that $1000 to pay down the loan at 80 or 90% let say $900 will that come from the money they put back in your account how will it work?
What happens if a medical company closed my account and wrote it off back in 2018, but I never received any mail or notification about a balance? Now, when I look at my credit report in April 2024, I see this amount from the hospital. How can I deal with that
i paid my 1st pledge 98% off and tried to open a 2nd one they denied me and the lady said the underwriter said because of misuse of the 1st one meaning i paid the 1st one off so fast and leaving a small balance then trying to open another so so or are they catching on to these moves…can u someone lmk if this is true or is it something i did wrong was i supposed to wait longer before opening the 2nd one
So when you get a pledge loan and your loan amount is frozen / set aside in your savings account and you call and say you want to pay some of it off, does Navy Federal unfreeze your dictated pay off from your savings account to go towards your pledge loan?
Just start making some small purchases and pay the balance off every month and other will start building your credit and in 3-6months they will automatically raise your credit limit to 500. And just keep using it and paying it off or if you have a subscription to Netflix or something like that, use that credit card for the payments and it will build your credit and before long your credit limit will be $1000 to $2000 and it will report to the credit agency every 3-6 months. Just make sure you don’t have a late payment else it will set you back and have to start over
This still didn’t explain what a pledge loan is, it just talks to a guy on the phone that already got a pledge loan.. where can I find what an actual pledge loan is?
Let me see if I can explain what I’ve learnt about it. Let’s say you have $1000 in Navy Federal. You borrow $1000 against that $1000 you already have in the bank. Once approved, in a couple days you would go ahead and pay off 90% of the $1000 which is $900. Then you would set up auto pay to pay the remaining 10% off, which would be a very small repayment amount over a period of several months. Hope that helped clear it up for you.
Its crazy how this guy the whole time is just tryna get off the phone with you and you'll keep talking about the same thing over and over expecting him to be into it.
I tried this and they told me you if I pay it off 2980 and put a $1 on auto pay and they said you can't do that because my payment won't be until 2029 this does work
