@@tammymcclure2170 yes if he has a donor TL where he can take everything out of that’s a great start for a budget build. My build is a budget build and it uses the entire accord wire harness, fuse boxes, ECU and transponder, key and ignition. With all this if the car currently runs, you can take everything from the TL and put it in the EG of course there’s wiring things you have to overcome for headlights tail lights, and traction control. Traction control is an easy fix by removing the 40 amp fuse on the fuse box and any other fuses associated with traction control. Good luck with your swap if you have any questions, feel free to reach out on Instagram @ BuiltJ
Thanks man appreciate that 💪, I haven’t had an issue with that anymore I removed the 40amp fuse for TCS and it’s been running great! We will put it to the test later this year.
@@gavinmcclure8047 I’ll have to do a write up for sure! I did this with all oem accord parts cluster, ignition switch, transponder key, ecu all programmed from donor car so saved a lot of money! Don’t forget the complete harness front to back just cut and change pigtails for the cars lights tails and headlights to your car swapping too. Remove traction control fuses so it doesn’t cut the throttle off on you during burn outs ect. There’s a lot to it but just make sure all your grounds are connected properly
The j32a2 is what everyone wants because it’s a cable throttle body like B series but the j32a3 is drive by wire so that’s the only option I had running a stock ecu
@@NastyNaj1 no I’m running a stock ECU. Maybe Kpro has the ability to delete drive by wire but if you do have a stand alone system like AEM fueltec or haltec you can probably run the cable wire if the tuner can tune it for you but I’m not 100 percent sure you’d have to check with your local tuner.
My son has a tl with the j32a3 and and 6speed trans and everything plans to swap everything in a eg sedan like your doing

Nice swap bro 👌
Thanks for watching man!!
💥💥💥
Appreciate you bro!! Much love and respect ✊
Nice, digging that purple too
Only issue is a track car that limps when you loose traction isn't good

Did you have to use the accord stuff instead of the tl? I ask because I have a complete 04 6mt car
If your donor car is an accord with 3.2 TL motor like mines all the accord 3.0 stuff works including ecu for 3.0 engine.
Man can you please do a write up i need pointers

I’m swapping my civic with j32a3 I have drive shaft from insane shafts but not sure what half shaft I need. What half shaft did you use?
What transmisson are you running?
@@tammymcclure2170 I ran a 2004 non lsd transmission off accord broke the casing and I’m now running a LSD TL transmission 2004
I'm going to swap mine very soon. Is drive by wire the only way?

2003 accord should be a J30A4? Can you add LSD to that accord transmission?
Yes you can you will have to source a lsd for it or get a Acura TL transmission with lsd
