I'm 8 months postpartum and fell off the activity train from trying to work and be a SAHM at the same time and I really wanted to get back to feeling good and energized in my body and wanted to do yoga that wasn't too long and intimadatingto restart the habit and this was perfect. I feel great and never overwhelmed. I appreciate always being able to find movement in your videos for however I'm feeling that day through the journey of postpartum. This felt awesome! My three month old baby hardly ever naps and is currently asleep so I thought this was the perfect time to do some yoga. I am sore from yesterday because I am still trying to get back into exercising postpartum and this felt amazing for my lower body.
I followed your videos all through my second pregnancy and did yoga once (sometimes twice) a day and one of your workout videos daily and now have a healthy 8 month old. I've been neglecting yoga since and have only managed to do it a handful of times and am really missing it so this was the perfect video to ease myself back in. Thank you ❤

I haven't had the time, energy or strength to do much exercise since giving birth and I also have a slight bladder prolapse so I needed something easy and feasible. I want to commit to doing this short yoga exercise 3-4 times a week and hopefully build my strength to more challenging exercises. Any videos for prolapse?! I am already seeing a pelvic floor physio.
