It's swelteringly, brightly intense inside Jabberjaw. Vern's fucking up (rest his soul). Justin's fucking up, his guitar's fucking up, and he's getting pissed about it. The resulting fury, sheer fury, in each ENVELOPE, throwing his head back... There's not enough air to draw from in that room for those screams. It gives me the shivers.

oh my god, arboretum. also, i've seen unwound at the jabberjaw - do you remember the date or the other bands? i saw them there with blonde redhead the same week unwound and blonde redhead played with fugazi at the shrine. also also, brian from lowercase used to be my penpal - if we were at the same unwound show at the jabberjaw without knowing it that'd be a terrible, sad thing. thanks so much for posting, this made my week. xoj
