Investment.
The New York equivalent is a refrigerator box on the top of a building that overlooks the dumpster near Central Park. 😂
I would think $15,000,000 would buy you the whole state, and leave you enough money to buy a decent house in a state that isn't trash.
You must have just learned to read. Try to catch up with the rest of us. In this economy, $15M for this house is amazing.
Can we talk about how huge the front yard is I could literally fit approximately 1,234 basketball courts in there💀
Having your own golf sim, bowling alley, and pool is already worth the money. Everything else is a bonus.
Theres a lot going on in this house, definitely worth the luxury and ambience it comes with......
Total money's worth
15 mil to live in Tennessee is crazy. Not even worth 10Mil. Coming from a Realtor. GEN Z & Millennials pay for location. Location location! I’ll be surprise if it sells for that much.
😂
That spa is a thing of beauty ❤️😍😅
love the pools shaped like a Grand Piano.
As a renter and a part time cashier I can confirm that this is a good investment
Gotta say, dude knew what he wanted and he went for it when building that place. If I had 15 million to blow on building a house, it would probably end up looking like a chateau and there would absolutely be a ridiculous number of hidden passages in the home. That way I can decide on precisely how sociable I am feeling that day and not have to endure people or open spaces if I don't want to.
Could never live in a house this big. At night would be insanely creepy.
A bowling room is so underrated ngl if you are rich for me the 4 "special" things you need are, bowling room, pool(maybe with a sauna), a gym and billiard room
This is a type of house that looks amazing but I would get even more anxiety living there 😅
Money might buy you paradise but it can't buy genuine love
Some of it is a little too minimalist to me in the entrance but i love the unique rooms. There could be more texture to some of the trim and finishes
Being greedy for money might be wrong but man is it tempting with houses like these...!
I love that house, but you would need a full time staff to keep it clean and work the yards...it would keep multiple people busy for atleast 6 hours a day
Jeez how messy are you?
Bro: “Why do you always want to come to my house?”
His house:
In southwest florida, you can buy a shelter made of toothpicks that will blow away in the next hurricane.
My biggest nightmare owning a big house is that, there could be entire army of people living in my house and i would not know
Chris Paul definitely needs this house
Edit: I just found out that this is his house😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Honestly, this looks like a really nice property, BUT I could not live there. For some reason, I'm just not a big fan of really flash, modern, luxury homes, but still, this is impressive!
SE Michigan for life ❤ 💯 🇺🇸
I don't like company so I wouldn't want a house this big. However, when I get tired of being outside, I would love this.
In LA, probably a run down apartment, and a pack of snickers.
My dream home, This in the mountains or a family home at the beach is my dream ❤❤
That bowling alley kind of makes me want a milkshake.
I was worried about the cleaning, then realised if I could afford that house I could afford to hire someone who would keep it clean
In Canada, that's the price of a large family home
its wild how much your real estate is and you have so much land lol
She: that could happen
Robbers: oh shit we fund infinite money glitch🎉🎉
I would replace the golf sim with a home theater. Would add table games (Pool, air hockey, poker) to the Saloon.
I can only imagine scantily clad butlers bringing my biscuits and chicken from Loveless and a Goo Goo cluster just because....
Son - Hey dad can i go bowling with my friends ??
Me - No we have bowling at home. literally
That front door is not a “grand entrance” it’s a greenhouse 😂
And In Like Califronia That Gets You A Studio Apartment With A Complimentary Homeless Dude 😂
$15m is actually a really good price tbh
Not gonna lie the when you enter the front door it gives me faze rug house vibes😂
