AOA. Yes Hustler is a good option even for Karachi. It has better road clearance. It is a city car not meant for highway use actually but you can take it on highways occasionally. Alto and Hustler both are good cars but taste is different for people with different mindset. I think you can get a 2014 around 14 lakh that may not be the top spec model but still fairly good. Maintenance is not expensive. All parts are available. Headlamps are expensive, rest are reasonable. Please let me know if you seek any further information.
