    I'm super happy to see Michael coming out more...he's not letting parkinsons keep him hidden from the world...he's happy and it shows....we want to see more of you Michael to encourage others who have Parkinson that it's ok to still live your best life in front of everyone!

The Kingdom of God, the same one that you ask for in Prayer of the Our Father, it is the Government that is going to bring the solution to the problems of humanity...       @@HOLLASOUNDS he can still speak, but he’s far from perfectly coherent. It takes some effort to make out what he’s saying, which he acknowledged in his book as why he quit acting

      @@SaturnTubes Yes you have to make an effort to understand him as you would for anyone who might have speach problems, I haven't read his books but I assume a big part of why He quit acting is the exhoustion and difficulty remembering his lines (I believe He actually said this) due to his condition.

      @@HOLLASOUNDS well his exact reason in his book was along the lines of “you’re no longer an actor if you don’t have your voice and I started losing mine” I’m paraphrasing of course, and remembering his lines became hard for him as well, but the big thing was his voice was no longer consistent enough to effectively do the minor roles he had been doing

    It’s so weird how ingrained these two are in a lot of our lives. They are truly legendary in the movies they’ve made along with all the actors and actresses involved. The nostalgia is engraved in our brains and it’s filled with mostly happy memories. I’m forever grateful for the 80s and 90s

      How true. I spent one of the best holidays in my life, 3 months in the US , Colorado in the summer of 1985. One evening we went to the movies to see this movie (for the first time... :-D) I love this movie, whenever I see images of it, I live those unforgettable moments again.       Its ok to feel sorry. He has been suffering with this disease for years and most of the time it isn’t as apparent as it is here. Absolutely not to demean him, i think it’s just progressing to a worse state and to see him like this is heartbreaking. He’s extremely resilient for still going out and doing this. Fans appreciate him and adore him so much.

    Micheal J Fox is an absolute inspiration. His strength to embrace Parkinson’s and make it a part of his life rather then struggling and fighting against it all this time is phenomenal. Him and Chris are truly etched in time. It’s so good to see them together. The world is a better place with these two men in it!

    I have tears streaming down my face after watching this. To see these two together again and to see the love on that stage is just so heartwarming to me. Michael teaches us all that we can do anything no matter what life throws at us, he is such a beautiful soul and he makes the world a better place.

      Same. What I love about this is that even though everyone has insecurities, to see people like Michael no let parkinson's hold him back makes me feel more empowered too. Shows that no matter the hand your dealt, you can make the best of it and hold your head up as high as you want.

    He may have been struggling with a disease but he had a great career, he’s got a beautiful family and he has millions of fans who love and support him. If anything, I think he’s blessed and I’m so happy for him. He deserves it all.

    I’m 24 and watched Back to the Future for the first time this year (I know, I’m late) and immediately understood the love people have for Michael. He’s such a charismatic actor and seems like a genuinely incredible, kind person. I hope he is enjoying life despite how cruel it’s been to him

    I must admit it hurts me to see Michael J. Fox being affected by Parkinson this way. I watched every episode of Family Ties at least 10 times since the mid eighties. The 2 episodes where he meets Ellen (who became his wife later on :-)) are legendary. I will be forever thankful for all he's done (and doing still).

    Michael is truly an inspiration to me! I was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2008 when I was 33. By that time MJF was well into his journey by then and he is how I have modeled my life with PD, with optimism, determination, and humor. Thank you for your incredible example of never giving up!

    As disheartening as it is to see this disease taking its toll on Michael, you can't help but smile at his unwavering desire to still keep pushing on and loving his life, regardless. What a phenomenal and strong individual. How lucky are we to witness him and chris sitting together here today, discussing one of the best films we've ever had the pleasure of viewing. These two really gave us some of the best cinema we'll ever witness in this lifetime!! I hope they know how much we appreciate them ❤️

    Chris seems like he’s having a rough time during certain parts of this. It was so sweet to see Michael recognize the awkwardness. He leaned over and hugged Chris while they were sitting on the couch. It completely broke the tension. Two amazing human beings.

    It's unbelievable what a strength Michael has to show him, doing an interview, having fun with his friend. I'm happy that he tries to live his life as good as possible, let not overwhelm the disease. That 's real will power. 👍👍😮😮

    Wow, ever since I saw the video, my heart wrinkle and a lump in my throat. I almost cried my eyes out, but tears were definitely coming out of my eyes. On the other hand happy because Michael has NEVER let Parkinson's knock him down and that's admirable.

    I had the chance to meet Michael J Fox in 1986, in a small airport in upstate NY. He was renting a car, and I asked where his DeLorean was, and he said "It is stuck back in 1955". It was so cool to meet him, and he was a kind humble guy. He signed autographs for me, and many others who noticed who he was in our small baggage claim area. It's great to see he hasn't lost his sense of humor

    I remember when my grandfather started shaking. Even though it was ALS and not parkinson's, the degenerative nature of the disorder really got to him. He always was a joyful and sociable guy and then he wasn't. One time I visited him at the hospital and he could barely breathe, let alone speak. He clearly wasn't all here at the end, but seeing guys like Michael J Fox still go out in public and have a great time warms my heart. I wish my grandfather would've done the same.

    My father has parkinson's. It's really difficult for them. And as well for as the family. We live in Argentina and is really sad cause as you know we know so litlle about it. MJF has been my inspiration to fight with the decease that at least here nobody knows. The told me the have no help and that is why MJF it's my light house cause since he created the foundational for research about Parkinson I'll been able to try to help my father and the group of people who has it but the dont know or don't say because of shame. Please good blessed MJF

    My dad has suffered from Parkinson’s for 10 years now. So many similarities. While it breaks my heart to watch the disease progress, it’s inspiring to see MJF out enjoying his life. My dad tries to do the same!

    I’ve watched the BTTF movies so many times … when I’m happy.. when I’m sad… when I’m having a tough day .. and every time they uplift me. Michael and Christopher are two very special people and I love their friendship and also scenes with them together in the movies. Michael is so inspiring and I love his positive attitude. ❤️

    It makes me sad seeing MJF's health deteriorating before our eyes, he was so full of energy in his prime. If humans spent more time trying to heal the world and not destroy it, we would've understood and possibly cure more diseases

      @fred d His movie career had basically died out in the '90s. That's why he went back to TV. Most likely he would've kept working on TV in his later years, like Ted Danson has. He wouldn't necessarily have had any major hit shows or movies again though.

    SO EVERYONE KNOWS, MJF'S MOVEMENTS ARE FROM HIS MEDICATION. If he hadn't taken his medication for this, he would just be completely stiff. Parkinson's is a horrible and confusing disease. He got diagnosed over 30 years ago at the age of 29. He's 61 now. Considering how rapidly it progresses, he's doing remarkably well.

      @@TheHeadlessCreator yes, like you can tell when he walks his knees aren’t bending much. May not really be due to medication, stiffness as well as tremors are both symptoms of Parkinson’s but some medications can make tremors worse in order to alleviate other symptoms like muscle stiffness

    I have to say I was a Lil worried but hearing Michael j fox speak put that at ease. This interview was very wholesome and I don't think anyone wants to see their child hood stars or someone you care about or just a person in general you don't even know going through that. it's a sad thing to see but I can see Michael j fox is still that kid we all loved on the big screen. ❤
