Seasonal Affective Disorder I think they call it. As far as I see it a diagnosis for everything presupposes that we know everything! Which from current events is obvious we are a long way from being able to claim. You are right we do have far more than we used to and we seem less satisfied with it. We are sold on this idea of happiness when that is something that will only ever come in small measures even in the most fortunate circumstances. What we should be aiming for instead is contentment and that can come in large measure from appreciating those things we do have.
Thanks for the clarification Phil about the SAD ..... And we do not know everything but we think we do and they haven't finished labelling everyone, I'm certain....More to come
Yer your right we do have too much and most dont know how easy they have it especially living in London. Everything is so close by and in walking distance in london but people will still choose to use food delivery services to get basic things like a pint of milk because of laziness or they dont wanna go outside and face people.
It's also because facing the general population in and around London, is quite frankly, depressing! No one chats or interacts and if u look at someone, they may threaten you and take it the wrong way... This place is convenient but not nice....It doesn't scream inspiration, u know what I mean?
lol, Our 70s biscuit Barrel mainly comprised Custard Cream (Exotic) Ginger Snap or a plain Short Cake effort, which were never as Rich as the stuff you can get today.
I sense that lately, you've been struggling. The pressure to constantly produce content, the weight of criticism, and the feeling of burnout can be overwhelming. @@johnross2924 I'm 62, and I've just cycled eight and a half miles to Tesco in Boston. Luckily I'm fit. I sold me car because it was a money pit, and I wasn't prepared to keep paying money to the government, for the privilege of using it.
Life is changing....keep going Natti

😂 Yep
Custard Creams and Bourbon Biscuits - they were the prized biscuit barrel treasures! 🙂 Definite step up from the usual Rich Tea and Digestives
Gone are the days when I thought Jamie dodgers were a treat 😂
@@philk9227I always liked dipping rich tea in my tea 😊
@@NattyG52 That in itself is a fine art! Too short and the biscuit is too crunchy and too long and you have a soggy biscuit in your tea! 😂

I like the winter, I only wish we had more snow.
You wouldn't wish for more snow if you cycled 7 miles to work every working day at 58 years old ! 😩🇬🇧
