In my opinion Any place is ideal. When you are in a place you see a woman and you both exchange glances. The secret is if you both like what you see physically (because the first time everything enters through your eyes), everything can flow naturally. You don't have to think about a specific topic, everything will flow. and then maintain communication some man’s just disappear or they are not constant and interest is lost.

There is no good time. Lol. She is either attracted to you at first glance or not. If a man I normally am attracted to walks up to me & starts chit chatting for over a minute, he's got my number. But if a man who I don't normally find attractive walks up me & starts chit chatting and I say have a nice day within a minute, goodbye! Lol. I don't care what anyone says, single women love their independence, but we always scoping the scene for potentials...😂😂..
