Re birha and Ja re are the best Bhimpalashi bandish and were sung first by Gaansaraswati, then by others. Of course, it was the forte of Vid Ashwini Bhide , who as a young master in 1985, surpassed all present and past with her recording and is still unchallenged. Both the renditions were very same, both being from Jaipur. This recording is a carbon copy of those 2, but the voice quality points more towards Vidushi Veenaji, Ashiwiniji has a little stronger and thicker voice or I may be biased.
