Maybe. But it's only a few points. I'm using an Alchemy cape right now, it looks awesome :) Some other cool looking cloaks are the Gryphic, Harpy and that white cloak. I've heard a dragon forged Tattered cape is one of the best, because of the elemental resistance.
stats dont matter when you get to lvl 200 once you get to that stage you get the armor that looks coolest on your guy/girl. in this game stats meen jack shit once you reach the lvl cap
The weird thing is I test out the timing on it with and without. So far for high anondyne it is 6.2secs without the ring and with ring it is 5.9secs. =) I guess it is still worth it and plus just beat the game again.

Once you have the Ring if you keep making forgeries will it keep reducing casting time or do you need to replay the game again?

Stacking rings does not work. It does stack with the sorcerer augment to lower times.

It's a effect is passive while it's in your inventory you can't equip it

I had the augment that reduces the time to cast a spell.
I'm pretty sure it reduces cast times based on percentage, so a longer cast time will have more time shaved off

4:12 - You can't equip it ;) You just got to keep it in your inventory.
