    Who’s the best fit for Newcastle’s right wing-Mbeumo, Elanga, or Bakayoko? Share your thoughts below, like the video, and subscribe for more NUFC analysis!

    Nice video, just subbed 😊.
    I'd go for Bakayoko, we love a dribbly boy at the toon!!!

      Thanks for the feedback and sub! We definitely do. Definitely in the mood of Saint Max who was always a crowd pleaser!

    Excellent presentation of right winger options available to NUFC. Great vid.

    I think Bakayoko is the most likely fit for the team because of his skillset and the finances around a transfer outside the EPL. I have been an Elanga fan, but your presentation really helped me have a clearer picture of the options.

      Thanks! I think Bakayoko definitely fits our finances more than Mbeumo and Elanga and that might be the most important factor.

    I’m actually really liking having a right footed winger for the crosses.
    Who ever it is needs to have the right foot ability to cross for isaak
    Whoever it is also needs the right mentality to get back and cover

      I think having two players with different skill sets is better for squad planning. Murphy proving a great squad option and would get game time if we are in Europe.

    Tyler Dibbling by a country mile is the 'best fit' but Mbuemo would be the one who would make an immediate impact on our season.
    Why is Dibbling best fit?
    This is what best fits Howe's coaching for a RW:
    1. English
    2. Left Footed
    3. Tall (6ft+)
    4. Strong/ Good Balance
    5. Good Ball carrier
    6. Quiet hard-working personality
    7. Young (

      Really nicely considered points! I’ve definitely considered mentioning homegrown but I think NUFC are well covered. It’s more the 4 academy graduate rule that’s a worry if we sell Longstaff and planned to speak about that in another video. English does help with team chemistry but I think we are well stocked and open to other nationalities.

    Personally think Mbuemo BUT we can't afford these type of established players, Bakayoko & Elanga I don't see going til Summer along with him. I think Tyler Dibling.

    • @AGameOfTwoHalvesChannel
      @AGameOfTwoHalvesChannel  19 дней назад

      Agree on Mbeumo. Will be interesting to see what direction Mitchell and Howe go with in the summer. Dibling is too raw IMO, would prefer Bakayoko given they’ll be around the same fee

    • @phoenixfire6559
      @phoenixfire6559 19 дней назад

      I like Dibling too but he will cost more than Elanga and Bakayoko. They charged us £32m for Livramento, there's a lot of competition for his signature, he could go for Archie Gray money i.e. £40m. I'd still get him though because he could be better than Gordon.

      Did think about this but his decision making is infuriating. Very greedy and not sure that would rub off well on the squad. But if he’s coachable and affordable then he’s definitely an option!

      @ Eddie would definitely coach the petulance and self absorption outta him and make him a great player. If we could get a loan to buy like Lewis Hall it would a great option.

      @AGameOfTwoHalvesChannel  18 дней назад

      Agree on Mbeumo! But depends on who we sell to raise funds. Could get rid of 2-3 squad players in the £10-25m range, plus free the wages of Wilson, Almiron, Trippier etc.

    Mbeumo is just a dream but with PSr it won’t be possible .. I like bakayoko also good .. but those saying dibbling I don’t know if they watch that guy he is talented but I think it’s just English hype like foden ..dibbling can’t give us what we demand now yes he is young .. but a lot of uncertainty please don’t compare with hall who did well in Chelsea academy and clubs were fighting or him
    My choice either mbeumo or bakayoko

      Agree on not making a signing this window. This was a general look at who we should buy when the time comes. I’m happy to have a quiet January if we have a good summer!

  • @phoenixfire6559
    @phoenixfire6559 19 дней назад

    I don't think your prices are right.
    Bakayoko = £25m+ (his agent has already confirmed he is NOT moving in January, so will only have 1 year left in the Summer)
    Elanga = £40m+ (Forest are doing well and won't want to sell, allegedly rejected a £50m bid from us).
    Mbuemo = £70m+ now, £60m+ in Summer. Brentford will activate the extension and then be in a strong position when selling. He's worth at least if not more than Neto.
    You also forgot the most important aspect of a player, PERSONALITY. Howe does not want trouble makers, Elanga is a trouble maker so I doubt we will go for him.

    • @AGameOfTwoHalvesChannel
      @AGameOfTwoHalvesChannel  18 дней назад

      My prices were fairly similar to what you have stated. The prices you maybe mention are the Transfermarkt site values.
      I have purposely not mentioned character, although it is one of the most important factors. I don’t want to comment on hearsay about a players character unless it’s absolutely obvious, Elanga being a problem is not something I’ve heard about. Focus is more on tactical, profile and cost fit given it’s something that’s easily researchable. The club will have the contacts to check character fit so I’ll leave them to it!

    • @AGameOfTwoHalvesChannel
      @AGameOfTwoHalvesChannel  19 дней назад +2

      Quite raw but definitely talented. Think at our stage of development we need a bit more of an experienced talent to push for champions league on a regular basis. Premier league as wide open as it’s ever been and we need to strike whilst the opportunity is there

    • @phoenixfire6559
      @phoenixfire6559 19 дней назад

      @AGameOfTwoHalvesChannel It only took 6 months for Hall to get up to speed, age is not a barrier if you're good enough. I recon Dibling could push for a starting position within 6 months and then the Sky's the limit. Mbuemo would obvious change our season but I doubt we can get him outside of Guehi money and I don't want us scrambling for PSR again this year.

    • @l.s.26
      @l.s.26 19 дней назад

      @AGameOfTwoHalvesChannel ive watched him play. I don't think of him as 'raw'..he's good. people always refer to 'raw' when they talk about unproven players. He's only unproven because he plays for Southampton. But he is very good. I think he could comfortably play 4 different positions
      I do like Mbuemo though.
      Personally, I think Jacob's playing too well to be dropped. He has an understanding with Isak that you don't want to mess with. If they could pull off the signing of Dibling, it would be the perfect situation to easing someone in the demands of playing in Howe's Newcastle. Someone like Mbuemo would demand starting games almost immediately

      @AGameOfTwoHalvesChannel All of it. Especially the big banner at the start with 3 players who are contracted to other clubs ATM. It's pissboilingly arrogant to suggest that we could just sign them. Its exactly the same as seeing Isak's head photoshopped on an Arsenal shirt. It's shit. It's clickbait. It also makes NUFC supporters look like an entitled bunch of cu#ts... please stop.

      All these players have legitimate links to moving to Newcastle, we even bid for Elanger last transfer window, plus these are all realistic. Arsenal fans and pundits are deluded, they can't afford Isak and Arsenal arnt much ahead of Newcastle infact I'd say Newcastle have a better manager and a more exciting project now.
