Loved this. When you speak to us it is like you're speaking to Me directly.. When You said during warm up try not to drop your arms & winked through the screen, i dropped my arms... Its like You knew 😂 The exercise you did around 10.53-32.23 I had to sit out.. I used to be able to do that exercise no issue... But my hips are so tight atm... Am booked in for a Thai Yoga massage, so hoping that will loosen them up... Thanks Hannah... Loved it 🙏

Hey Hannah, I found your channel about a month ago and I've been doing your workouts almost every day. I was surprised how relaxing working out could be! I especially love your cardio workouts since they're really effective. Sadly I feel a lot of tension/ pain in my neck region after every time I do them even though I'm always keeping one fist distance from my chin to my chest, engaging my core a lot and stretching after the workouts. Because of that I wanted to ask you if you could please make a one hour neckfriendly cardio. Thank you so much for your amazing work!! Much love from Germany 🖤❤️
Hi girl!! I’m so glad you share this with me. Did you try to lift your whole shoulders and chest a bit higher to support your neck more when you are lying down on your back? Try to lift the upper body as high as you can and please don’t be afraid to use your hand to support your head anytime when you do it. Will make a video for this on the #AskMovingMango series soon. You are welcome girl! It is quite normal to overuse (or have weak) neck and shoulders, so if it still doesn’t work with using your hands to support, you can always bring your head down to the mat and keep your back in neutral. Thanks for your request too. Will make a video for it soon 💛Stay tuned!
Great as a Drinking Game with your Friends. Just take one sip every time she says: keep breathing, belly button in and very good. Best done with six Friends in a cottage in Sweden. But keep in mind you Need to do the workout as well at the Same time.

Dear Hannah, would it be possible to explain through #askmovingmango how to stabilise the hips. I often/always change my position, but if I practice to stabilise the hips the effect of the movement will be so much more. Hope it is possible for you. Best regards from the Netherlands.
I thought I've been getting better at it after 3 weeks of pilates every day - then you put in the last exercise 😱 "just hold this position if you are a beginner" ouch! That hurt in more than one way 😁

this workout is too great.... it looks simple it is a lot more than tat... but the liftinghips up on side plank sort with one leg ...this new exercise was little complex i mean my bent knee was never facing ceiling like your it kept going down.... so ... otherwise its a great workout....

And for Cardio Pilates, try to slow down a bit more until you can control your alignment (stabilize core and hips), then we increase the speed 💛💛
