Chris asking why the WBC didn't mandate the fight is rich because that literally hinged on David staying down at 68 instead of making the choice to move to 75 before the mandatory was ordered. David's on video with Mauricio agreeing to the date and everything, so I have no idea why/how they're spreading these narratives that the WBC didn't do what they were supposed to do and they literally did.
