In this video see the OpenUtilities Workflow Manager, a stand-alone product and add-on to OpenUtilities Designer, in action to track and approve designs from inception to completion without requiring a full edit environment. It provides full administration capabilities for managing the design work orders.
OpenUtilities Workflow Manager supports multiple workflows, each with its own set of states and available actions. The workflows are established and defined during configuration. Workflow types can be manually created and edited through the user interface, or they can be created via the system's interaction with a work management system.
