It needs to be wider, it’s leaning towards being a suit belt in that regard. This also makes the buckle look too big for it. So I agree it needs a thinner buckle and at least one lighter shade of brown if not multiple shades of brown. If the belt was wider I’d pay the high price, but it being more of a suit belt albeit the hefty buckle; I’ll stick with my current belt.

I agree. It should have been 1.5" or 1.75" wide.

I think that's one of the benefits, but I don't consider any of their belts to be riding on that one point. I would say it's a total redesign.
