A small country with a big heart.
To be honest, before I decided to travel to Albania, I didn’t know much about the country or where it exactly was located in Europe. When I found a cheap flight ticket to Corfu in Greece and a ferry over to Saranda in Albania, my curiosity took over, and I decided that I had to go. Oh man, what I was surprised about what the country had to offer.
The beaches, nature, the people, and the food - everything was so great that I’m still longing to go back and explore more.

The message of the video shouldn't be misunderstod! We aren't blaiming neither Liam nor the movie for the bad representation of Albania/ns, and we surely don't need the presence of any foreigner in our territory to make us appreciate it more. On the contrary, Liam's image is metaphorically used as an indicator of how the world sees us and I appreciate the initiative of doing sth publicly to change it.

Having visited Albania several times, I can say that Albania is really one of those virgin countries in Europe, with nice warm welcoming people and much more to discover and rediscover. It is preciselly for thie reason that I believe a different kind of Tourist commercial should have been made...e few minutes of dynamic commercial would have done a better job...as for Liam, he is only an actor...I think one should asknwhat exactly did brothers Vesson want to achieve with that movie that as naive as can be nevertheless contributes to a creation of disemmimation of negative stereotypes and prejudices for a whole culture....if only the criminals of Albanian were auch a serious global concern....

Even many Albanians potray themselves as the worst, some due to their own experiences (obviously no place is picture perfect), but many are also influenced by this bad image from the outside and even think everything is better everywhere else and everything worse in Albania - many without ever being outside or even around the many places of Albania. Those people talk the worst about Albania - despite being Albanians themselves.
That doesn't change the fact that this is a wonderful video with a true message, which shouldn't only convince Liam, but also Lim. When I travel in Albania, the people I travel with get positively suprised too - despite being Albanian themselves.

And, of course, the more they teach me about Albania the more wonderful it becomes. As a small nation with such a rich history, I feel it's probably the most underrated culture in Europe.

This is what the enemys dont know about us, and i dont belive they understand it.

In Albania now. I have been to Shkoder, Tirana, Kruje, Durres, Berat, Gjirokaster, Permet, Korce, Porgradec and Saranda (including Ksamil and Butrint) so far. My top three are 1. Tirana (I'm a city person). 2. Saranda 3. Permet. Staying until my 90 days are up. I have been "taken".

This is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Albania is indeed a beautiful and lovely country, no doubt about that but, man, this advertisement is hilarious for so many reasons.
I'm pretty sure Liam Neeson didn't write 'Taken' and It's a weird reference to make 11 years after the release of the film. It would be like if the German National Tourist Board made an advertisement in 2004 titled "Concentrate on Germany" or "Put Germany on your 'Schindler's List' of places to visit!" and then directed it towards Liam Neeson.
