Hey Ashley, FTM and Nurse here. First congratulations on your baby she is soooo precious! I learned so much about breastfeeding during the early months of pregnancy because I worked with a lactation consultant. You are doing an amazing job! So I will say you should first make sure that you are using the correct flange size and only your nipple is being extended into the flange while pumping. Using a portable more than your hospital grade pump will naturally decrease your supply because they just can’t function the same. You are absolutely doing all the right supplemental things to increase supply. If you pump at minimum about 24oz in 24 that is still pretty good output. Nursing babies don’t drink from the breast the way they drink from the bottle. So from a bottle you give them a set amount where when they nurse they typically do on demand and they will change how much they take depending on each feed. So definitely give your self grace comparing how much you are pumping with how much formula amount you give her at once. I hope that makes sense. You really are doing so amazing and honestly you make it look easy! ❤
The only way to increase milk supply is to pump every two hours , bc the more baby were to breast feed the more milk you will produce . So you have to pump every time the baby would normally be feeding.

The legendairy pills just made me gassy & tbh tmi but my farts would smell bad. As soon as I stopped taking them I stopped being gassy & so did my baby.
