Now I understand why at times I slur my words, have brain fog and forget very simple words. My family thinks it's due to the pain medicine I take and now I can defend myself.

Jeanette, I am so with you. Not being able to talk properly, forgetting simple words and especially NOUNS (pointing at at a roll of paper towels frantically), and it *always* gets worse as the sun goes down. Which of course, scared me so much I tried to get an early onset Alzheimer's exam and was laughed at.
