I just abused Umbran Clock Tower for most of it lmao. Rodin's Weapon let's you siphon off health and mana off enemies regardless of range so I used that to keep my Mana Gauge up and full. That and Baal for the Tower section.
i got Platinum first time I beat Witch Trials 3. Idk if I’ll ever reach your level but I’m still proud of how far I made it into the game and how well I did too. Might take my time with Infinite Climax tho.
To be fair, in my experience around the Rosa/French Bayo fight demons become less useful. Partly because the dangerous enemies are harder to hit, partly because like SIngularity Definition some gain the ability to oneshot your demon. Granted, that just means the clocktower becomes invaluable for on-demand timestop. As useful as the demons are, Witch Trials 3 BRUTALLY punishes you for using them as a crutch.
Sorry but if you think that all you do in Bayo 3 is stand around and let the demons do the work then you gotta spice your gameplay up. They’re supposed to be a part of your moveset, and it’s supposed to be a teamwork type of gameplay.

Guys, any tips for avoiding Rosa's torture attacks without spamming dodge? If I'm running around does it track me or if I hit her as she is snapping her fingers does it get cancelled?
@@bucci_64 I think I'll try labbing her boss in the Paris level on infinite climax, because that move is mad weird. Like Rodin grab, you can time it cuz he dashes at you but I don't get at what point Rosa's Torture devices become active.
Its easy to activate witch time with Bayonetta, but Jeanne can endless dodge til activate witch time with moth within. Sometimes I think Jeanne is better than Bayo.
The secret to activate Moth Within easier is to press Dodge twice once they are almost hitting you. It can be easier depending on the enemy. Jeanne takes 2x more damage then Bayo so if you mess up, you are penalized harder.
How'd you go immediately into punches at 1:48 ? Is it a dodge offset thing cause I saw you do the combo to lead up to it, dodge offset twice and then do the move
It's a dodge offset. As long as you hold the last button you pressed (punch or kick) while dodging (Max 5 Times with Bayonetta, Infinite with Jeanne and Viola) you can still continue your combo afterwards. It's easy to do it with the guns (Colour my World, Scarborough Fair and Love is Blue). With Viola you can do a combo offset with the block button.
Your game strategy is very good, the weapon I would have replaced with Color My Word (or whatever Jeanne's guns are called) I would have used Rings of Rodin, since they do much more damage, they are a little fast and you can recharge magic with said weapons with a command that, in addition, would have also replaced Labolas with Baal, to use its poisonous rain
That's very true and I can envision that. The only reason I use the guns is to maintain my combo strike. After some seconds the combo can break, and the bullets not having a maximum range helps me alot. I might do some other runs in the future though !
@@bucci_64 Yes, now that you mention it, when you dodge an attack while holding down the button in the middle of a combo, you activate the off-set mechanic, with that, the guns continue firing and thanks to that the combo points also don't stop, if not I had thought about it

The idea never occurred to me to use the earring of rage prevention with the calming one and that power was tremendous. I’ll see if I can attempt this with Bayonetta, and I’ve tried countless of times with Jeanne (to no avail cause whenever I thought I activated moth within I end up getting hit anyways with tons of damage 😭.) Same. But with some enemies the game forces you to do that for the Pure Platinum.

It's pretty much a grab, it tracks you like Rodin's grab. The only solution is to run away or to dodge like crazy.

How did you get Jeanne’s dodge right? Whenever I dodge it basically does nothing (yes even spamming it didn’t work)
